Anthony was fantastic! He arrived right on time, calling ahead to let me know he was on his way. Once he got here, he asked what areas of my home I’d like treated and inspected, and made sure to address all my other concerns. Once he was done treating the inside of my home, he gave me a summary of what he’d completed and his recommendations before treating the outside. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

ANTHONY serviced our home today and did a great job. He treated for all of our concerns. He called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. Was very informative before, during and after the service. Very happy to say the least.

We have had Zach out three times since we moved into our new house in July 2022. Zach is polite, quiet, calm, thorough, and extremely professional. He shows pride in his work and is friendly to all (adults, children, and fur-children/ pets)! Zach = 100% quality service technician. My family is grateful for his services.

I have been using this company for about 4 months and I have nothing but good things to say about them. This company is extremely professional each time they come to my house & the customer service I receive when I call them is top notch. Their product works very well and I noticed a huge improvement right away. Anthony recently treated both the inside & outside of my house. He thoroughly explained everything he was doing as well as how the product works. He was very knowledgeable & friendly. I highly recommend this company.

We had our first encounter with rodents in our home over the weekend, and Austin with Midwest Pest Control responded first thing Monday morning and came out for an inspection. Austin was timely, very kind, and especially helpful on educating me about the situation and rodent control/prevention in general. I was extremely impressed by his service and the entire experience as a whole with Midwest Pest Control. Lastly, an added bonus is that this was covered under our normal quarterly pest control visits, so we paid absolutely nothing for this visit even though this was not technically one of those appointments. Already would have recommended the quarterly package, and this experience today only makes me feel that much better.

Isaac is very professional, and continues to check in to ensure that we don't have any questions, problem areas, etc. each time he visits. This is my initial treatment for pests and it was completed today as scheduled. I can't comment yet about the effectiveness of the treatment, so this review is about my experience with the employees. First, the sales rep, Cairo was very thorough in explaining the service, the costs, the exclusions, etc. He took the time to inspect my property and explain what was needed. Mace, the technician who performed the treatment service was equally helpful and detailed in explaining what was being done and answering all my questions. Both employees were friendly, helpful and took ample time with me to answer all my questions. I was very impressed with both of these young men. They represent their company well. I will write a follow-up review after enough time has passed to evaluate the effectiveness of the pest treatment. So far I am impressed!
