Issac and Justin were on time and very pleasant and professional. They listened to our current pest control needs and customized the spray to our particular critters. Since having Midwest Pest Control perform their services, we have seen a huge decrease in spiders and other bugs in our home. They are very responsive, professional, and have been an all-around outstanding business to work with!

Anthony came out to my house to do my quarterly visit. He was very professional and did a great job in communicated with me: checking in and checking out; along with informing me of anything items that I need to watch for. As a service manager myself, Anthony hit all the check marks in how a technician should work with a customer.

I’ve been using Midwest Pest Control for quite awhile. Isaac stopped by and did my winter spraying on a Saturday while his wife in expecting in less than a month. He was super friendly and helpful. I recommend giving them a call.

Issac was courteous and explained what he was going to do well. He tried to get a wasp nest I found high in an eve but was not able to reach it. He is following up with another tech to try and get it removed. Great service!

My husband and I appreciate the owner of Midwest Pest Control. He offers the best customer service around. It is like what we used to receive from businesses. It is also the main reason we try and use local companies for our needs. Our technician, Michael was a joy to meet. Our Cavachon, Cody, loved him! Thank you Midwest Pest Control for great service.

Isaac was awesome!!! Got a fascinatng lesson about insects, arachnids & reptiles. He was very thorough, knowledgeable & professional. Like to have him do our Pest Control. You need to have Isaac represent your company at Elementary Schools in the area giving talks on insects etc. Students will get very educated. It will be good for Community Relations.

I had the pleasure of having a technician named Zach today for my pest control service. I'm not sure where Midwest Pest Control finds their employees but everyone I have ever had a interaction with has been Top Tier. So personable and friendly and On-time. I've had to reschedule my service a few times due to schedule issues and they have been nothing but kind and accommodating. We have been receiving pest service for about 6 months now and literally only seen 1 spider 🕷 in our underground basement so SOLD!

Today, 9/26, the second service was administered. I love a company that is true to their word! Original comment. I'm completely impressed with this company and their responsiveness to our call and followup. I was visiting a family member when we first saw the bugs. We called them, and they put us on the list immediately. Because of our concern they suggest a 30 day followup visit and reassess from there. I love the proactive plan of action. They come highly recommended so I have no doubt the treatment will be successful.

We called Midwest Pest after catching a couple mice in our garage and then finding the unwelcome surprise that a few mice had made their way into our pantry inside. They were able to send Zach out the next day and he was great to work with - patient, informative and professional. He set traps/bait based on that initial walk thru and was kind enough to stay after to answer a few questions. When I had some additional questions/concerns later that week and called Midwest, they were very accommodating. Austin stopped by our house in between two stops in his scheduled route and was amazing - another patient, informative and professional tech. I have full confidence that Midwest will have us mouse free soon and look forward to working with them on any necessary bug control come Spring/Summer.

My first time but they seem very thorough. Will share more as time goes by. I’ve read great reviews about Zach and I have to tell you that Ken sold me with his knowledge, willingness to go through everything and very pleasant customer service.
