I've been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience, and I have always recommended this place to others. However not after today. I won't be coming back. I set an appointment for my birthday (21 it's a big one) not only were my nails crooked and patchy, but it took them half an hour before they did my pedi. Even though I scheduled them at the same time. Whenever my pedi was finally finished the lady doing it just left without a word which isn't really a problem except for the fact that I didn't know how long to let my nails dry. 20 min apparently wasn't enough and they expect you to wear the disposable shoes afterwards for an hour. Normally this wouldn't be an issue but I communicated multiple times I needed to go to the DMV afterwards. If I had known they wanted me to wait an hour I would've just canceled my pedi completely. By that time it was to late to get a refund since they had done all the work. So I had to pay $15 extra for gel since they dry quicker. Please just tell your customers what to expect and treat them with kindness. If I say my nails are messed up please just fix them instead of being rude and dismissive. All in all not horrible but I definitely wouldn't recommend going if you want a nice relaxing time.

Probably one of the nicest salons I've been at. Service was great and had a blast. My daughter got her nails done for the first time ever and had a blast! Highly recommend

Harry is the best nail artist in Nebraska hands down. He can pull off anything I’ve ever asked for perfectly!

Never been here before. I was lucky enough to be paired with Mandy today, she was in a great mood. It was a full blissful five minutes, she was able to spare of her time. During this wonderful interaction I got many dirty looks from Mandy, a few eye rolls, and this beautiful paint job I’ll never forget. Won’t ever come back. It was either Mandy or Emily my mom and I got our tickets mixed up, but she had long hair reddish tint.

Love going to Midlands Nail Spa always have great service and friendly staff. If you order from SIP Cha which they also own it’s a nice treat to add while you’re having your services done. That has a fantastic menu as well!

Midlands Nail & Spa is one of my all-time favorite spots! Eric is a magician and has my nails looking healthier than ever! And there are a load of great techs in the salon (I am constantly in awe of the finished masterpieces). Also, the inside of the business is elegant and friendly!

THE BEST NAIL SALON! The staff are very professional, on time, so welcoming and always make sure you get exactly what you want. The salon is really clean and well maintained. Management is easy talk to and happy to help out. I usually make an appointment but even when I walked in, there wasn’t more than a few minutes wait. I am always impressed with how Absolutely Gorgeous my nails and toes look after every appointment! I love this place and I am always excited to come back!!!

My fingernails look AMAZING! Pedicure massage and exfoliation was amazing, but the French tip they did was not it.. would not recommend. Will definitely do a solid color on my toes next time unless someone else did it.

I love this place! Everyone is so friendly and professional. They always make sure I am happy with my nails before I leave. The place is also very clean. I definitely would recommend that anyone looking for a place to get a pedicure or any mail service to check Midlands Nail and Spa out.
