I’m not normally the type to complain but This was my first and last time going here. The lady I got (sisi) was very rough. She grabbed the wrong colors and completely ignored me when I tried to correct her. She asked me to point out the colors 3 times and still didn’t get it right. My nails look absolutely stupid. My fingers are sore from her being so rough with the tools. I’m very displeased I even said something at Checkout and got “Oh I’m sorry” I will not be going back and I will not be recommending them. Do better.

Unfortunately I was cut 3 times during my acrylic set. My technician stopped to look at the cuts and then continued to work on my nails without sanitizing or commenting. My nails look great, but I will not be returning because of this experience.

Hands down THE BEST salon in Omaha area. Eric and Harry are the best. Love the new salon and the service was perfect!

I have visited Midland’s several times. I’ve never had a 5 star experience by any means, but I try to give the benefit of the doubt. This time, however, I’m extremely upset and disappointed with the service I received. I went in to get my dip done, tech suggested I do acrylic instead. I could tell he was upset and rushing, so I agreed reluctantly. I wanted ombré dip for Valentine’s Day and received the worse nails I’ve ever had. The nude that was supposed to be the base was put ON TOP of my red. The red wasn’t even the one I chose. I did voice my concerns but was told to wait till the end and that the tech understood what I wanted. I should have just left. I’m extremely upset that I paid $75 dollars for this. I am literally sitting here crying while tying this because I hate them so so much. I never feel I can speak up with my concerns at Midland’s because if/when I do they are rude, cut my fingers and pour acetone on them, etc. I will NEVER be returning here other than to get my money back and nails fixed. I’m so disappointed.

This was my first time here and I am over the moon with my experience. Bi was my nail tech and he was phenomenal!! My nails are more then I hoped them to be!! Thank you !!

I typically really like this place. The last time I was in the tech gashed my toe with the callus remover causing it to bleed for the remainder of the service. The nail tech attempted to say “Ope sorry” and move on but the pain paired with the blood made it obvious this was not just a small “oops”. The rest of the service wasn’t able to be done up to par because of the situation. I was disappointed that I was changed for this service seeing as though the experience was compromised greatly.

Came in from San Diego and visiting my family. They provided great service and timely (fit 3 people in before flights). Clean and comfortable environment. Professional. Highly recommend.

I love this place! I mostly go every 3 weeks for a fill and they are always so nice!. This is the latest designs done by Harry. The snowflake blows my mind that it is freehand. Highly recommended.

The environment of the salon is pretty welcoming, the techs are nice as well and they’re really thorough with directions. My nail tech did an amazing job. He was gentle and was not rude when asking to trade hands . He kept telling me “its so pretty!!” 😂😂i can tell he is proud of his work. He had other nails to show that he did in the past and it was amazing!!!. He was very patient and did not rush the process either. I dont mind letting other nail techs doing my nails either. They all work together as a team and they get the job done. I will definitely come back.
