Thank you for all your help! First of all, my dog Leila was groomed there for the first time last Friday. She is 12. This is the 1st time she came out from being groomed and was not stressed! ❤️😃. That was so comforting! The staff took so much time explaining why Leila could be having some issues she has been having. We found a new dog food. She is a very picky eater. She ate it, loved eat, even though she didn't love all the treats, we found a few different ones she likes. I cannot express how happy I am with my visit and I feel so much better that I am feeding my little girl a healthy dog food!

I love the variety of natural and quality food and treats here, being a first time dog owner they always help out with our needs. Today I took my pup to get his nails trimmed with Emily, she did amazing and kept my pup comfortable as well as got his nails nice and smooth. All of the staff is amazing as well, very friendly and knowledgeable.

We have been using a couple different locations for grooming and not overly pleased with the cuts for our dog, but appreciated the service so we continued...until our last visit. This was at the Loveland location last week. The visit was 15 minutes behind due to the last appointment but not an issue; however, our dog was rushed in his appointment (we are doubting equipment was sanitized in-between). Employees were also not wearing masks - we are still in a high risk for transmission of covid (DCHD). Fast forward to 8 days later and we are dealing with a very sick pet. Our dog has kennel cough - according to our vet (or another illness) - and expensive vet bills. Our dog has NOT had any contact with other dogs whatsoever, is current on his shots including Bordetella; the only contact with other dogs was at the Loveland location for grooming. We even were encouraged by our vet to call and let the grooming location know. When we called and spoke with the Loveland location manager who said "that sucks" and said our dog could have gotten it from anywhere - true, but not our dog that is only around us. Her flippant attitude was not encouraging, but she referred us to the grooming manager. We then spoke with the grooming manager and discussed what happened. She was initially friendly and showed legitimate concern - she said she would look into what happened and get back to us in a few days. Today she called and said there is no way that our dog got kennel cough from that location, because she spoke to the groomer and they apparently cleaned their equipment and also spoke with another client whose dog does not have kennel cough. Obviously, there are more than two dogs at a grooming location throughout a day and kennel cough is also transmitted through the air, so we are very suspect. The simple fact is our dog got sick from this grooming location. When I relayed this information to the grooming manager, I was dismissed in what I believe and that in no way our dog could have gotten this from them. I was also told that I was "trying to get something for free" and that she had considered a refund, but now was not going to, and I was promptly hung up on. I called back and left her a voice message stating I was in fact very offended by her assumption and upset at the lack of professionalism. A simple apology and taking ownership of the issue would have sufficed. Unfortunately, we will not use them for any future grooming or any retail services.

I like the raw vital essentials treat bar. Great selection. We love to get the raw toppers for our dogs food. Plus the CBD cookies helped our dogs thru the 4th of July. This is our favorite place to shop!

Nice set up. Friendly service. Person ready to answer any questions, knowledgeable about pet food. They have most of the natural brands, if you can’t find them elsewhere.

Got my dogs groomed here for the first time, and they did a great job! Low-stress environment, and they handled my crazy half-mini-Aussie so well. I included before and after photos. (Full disclosure, I work on the retail side)

I've been buying pet food here for over 5 years and really like the store. Easy to find where the food is stored. The only two issues I have, some of the employees are not knowledgeable about the products. I could easily go to another local organic store that is closer but I had a great experience with one employee who did listen a couple years back. They keep a low stock of the food I buy and have to spend more on a smaller bag..This shouldn't happen for a store that specializes in pet food. Buy more product in larger sizes. Manager* I don't buy Tundra.

I have quite the grooming frustration with LDFC - I was looking for something more personal and liked the aspect but they don’t kennel so we tried grooming here. When asked what we wanted for grooming I replied ‘her (my dog) head, feet and bottom tender to grow a lot faster so maybe trim those down and the rest just a nice cut’ The groomer had asked if this would be her summer cut I said ‘yes I suppose so’ and that was the gist of it. My dog gets groomed regularly, gets combed at home there’s no mattes, maybe a tiny knot at the elbow because she slides but she was combed out the night before so I highly doubt it. When I came to pick her up she was shaved to the skin, I can see the razor/trimmer lines on the back and patches where it looks like hair is missing. It doesn’t look like her head or her face were even cut, I can tell a tad around her eyes but she looks absurd with a huge fluffy head connected to a shaved down 90lbs body. Especially since I had clarified that I wanted the head to be cut . Paying $150 I didn’t expect to be embarrassed walking my dog out and now have to pay an additional $50 and take her to another groomer to have her head shaped so her hair grows even. I added a picture of what my pup looked like before and what she looked like after. Very disappointed and frustrated.
