Hometown Detailing

You have to tip ahead of time and pay ahead of time, which I thought was strange. Turned out to be a terrible experience. Spent $200 after tip. First, they made it seem like they would drive out to us and clean in our driveway, which we did not get. They will pick your car up and drop it off. Since it was already paid and there is an interlock in the vehicle, there weren't many options and we ended up driving it out there. We were also told it would take 3-4 hours, it took 6.5 hours. We let them know to NOT start the vehicle, as it would lock us out of the interlock. They did, and now we have to get it unlocked before the timer is up and pay a fee. We understand companies being short staffed, but this overall was a terrible experience. Wasn't going to write a review until we found out we are locked out. Very frustrating.

The staff is super friendly and they did an immaculate job. I originally paid for the basic detail but upgraded in hopes that they would be able to get some of the pet hair out of the seats and they did not disappoint. There wasn't even one dog hair left! The clean was so good I smiled all the way home. 1000% recommend for anyone looking for a quick and painless detail job with a personable staff!

Hometown Detailing did an amazing job all around. Took a bit longer than estimated, but in the end my results are incredible. I will definitely use them in the future. Super convenient that they can come to you for pick up and drop off. My friend recommended me to Hometown Detailing by saying "I don't think my car would have sold for as much as it did without their detailing." If that statement doesn't sell you, let all the before and after photos do it for you! Excellent work!

I took my car to Brian at Hometown Detailing and was blown away with the quality of service. They did a full car buff to remove scratches and revive the paint. My car looks amazing!! It's easy to tell the entire team as dedicated and passionate about what they do. I'll definitely be back for a ceramic coating and an interior detailing.

I got to admit. This was my first time getting my car detailed and OMG it was amazing. I was a little hesitant at first with letting a complete stranger drive off with my car, but I was sick and I put a little trust into it and it came back amazing!!! I will 100% recommend them to anyone and everyone. Great prices! Great detailing! Great customer service! Great place! Dog stains are no more! Awesome. It was also great that it came back cleaner than when I got it originally from the dealer! The floor mat has a tad bit of dirt as I have driven my car since I got it done.

Mouse was great! I have a black Jeep and he was able to get out the Halo marks from the dealership when they tried to buff out some spots after I bought the vehicle. Over all Great place. I’ll be taking all my cars here moving forward!

My 2019 CH-R was pretty gross on the inside after a trip to the lake. Sand, stained seats, and dust. I dropped off my car on a Saturday and 4 hours later it was a total change! My seats look brand new. Overall a great job, will return.
