I have a 2007 Honda Odyssey that I have owned for 14 years with 4 kids, and it has never been cleaned once. What Hometown Detailing did is nothing short of amazing. The interior looks brand new and I cannot describe how dirty it was (again 14 years, 4 kids). They were super accommodating (I needed to get in on short notice) and excellent value for the work performed. I cannot recommend them enough!!

Had a really bad stain on back seat and was amazed that they were able to get it out. Would highly recommend anyone to use them

Booked detailing online and used Lyft because they advertised that they reimbursed ride shares. Overall detailing was pretty good except for my floor mats. Whatever chemical they used caused them to be very slippery and they did not wash them off properly. I ended up spending a few hours afterwards washing all the mats. I sent in an email for reimbursement for Lyft and still have not received anything and that was 6 months ago. STAY AWAY!

Amazing staff. They were very accommodating to my needs. Ride home. Excellent service. I wish I did a before pic..but the truck was unbelievable! It was incredibly dirty..food stains and saturated flooring..my son is a pig..and mold growing. Now it smells like a new car. No stains. Everything shiny. They even got off a rub mark on the side of the truck where my son was sideswiped. I totally recommend this business!!!

My appointment was from 5-8pm. I got a call at around 8:20 saying there was some emergency that came up, and that they needed until 11pm. I showed up at 10:50 and it seemed like they were rushing to finish my car (still needed to spray the seats, vacuum, clean the windows, etc.) I waited in the shop while they worked in pitch black, and didn’t get out of there until about 11:40pm. Overall the detailing was pretty good, although clearly rushed. I had pointed out two spots of gunk on the seat cushions when I dropped off the car - one was removed and the other was not. Also, there was debris in the trunk, and I keep getting grease stains on my hands after being inside my car. I appreciate that life happens and things come up, but I don’t feel like the service was worth the money I spent. Pros: - Friendly people. - Overall my car looks pretty good. Cons: - It seemed like a rushed job that missed important details. - It took about three and half hours longer than expected and had me there until almost midnight.

My appointment for interior detailing was at 10am. As I dropped off the keys to my car I look the man who I met with in the eyes and ask, "This will take around 2-3 hours to complete, right?" He responds, "Yup, I'll make sure to give you a call when it's good to go." 3 hours later I return to the place, no phone call, to check and see how the status is. I'm thinking that worst case scenario that maybe they need an extra half an hour or so. I see 2 new dudes that weren't there before and I ask them on the status of my car. We go over to it and the only thing that had been done was light vacuuming on the floors. Light vacuuming... over 3 hours... Are you actually serious? IDC what excuse is given, some of us have a schedule we try to maintain and when your website and guy both say 2-3 hours, I expect 2-3 hours. Though to be completely fair, I have nobody but myself to blame. The place looks like it's in someone's backyard in the hood. I spent like 3 minutes trying to find it because I thought Google took me to the wrong place. Nope. It's just a perfect case of being able to 100% judge a book by its cover. If you decide to do business here and get the same gut feeling of, "This ain't professional nor will it go smooth" like I did, trust that gut instinct, do a 180, and floor the gas like I should have. To the owner, if you're gonna try and set things right either give me a refund for what work WAS NOT done to my car or fix whatever internal problems you have. Nobody likes having their time wasted.

DISAPPOINTING! Spent $250 on their most inclusive package and: no one contacted me to tell me the car would be 2 hrs late. Because it was late I picked it up as a storm rolled in. I never even got to see it before it had rain spots! Website says they will reimburse you for taking an Uber. I asked twice and they still didn't acknowledge my request. They lost my garage door opener. Took 2 days to find it and I had to keep contacting them to get any information. Then I had to go back to pick up the remote. I would've thought they'd offer to deliver it. Was told they'd 'take care of me for all my trouble'. I've never heard from them again. Finally the overall detail was just ok, not $250 good and everyday I find a new spot that was missed. *To be fair, the car was filthy. ...but then again if it wasnt, I wouldnt have needed a detail. [Sigh] Never again!!

I used Hometown Detailing to clean up my Jeep. After a few bouts of wheeling with no doors or roof the interior was, shall we say, in rough shape. I got the full exterior and interior service and it came out fantastic. They have a military discount too which was great. Just an FYI though, they no longer do pickup so you will have to bring it to them, but they will take you home so its not a huge deal.

Hometown detailing did a very fantastic job on the mucky car I had brought to them. It was from an auction place, had a gross smell, and was extremely dusty and a mess. I can’t even describe how it was. Having picked it up from them after detailing, it was amazing and super clean, didn’t feel like when I first brought it to them. Brian was friendly and communicated with me. He was extremely patient and had even waited till I was done with school so I could come to pick it up. He also follows up the next day to confirm if the vehicle looks okay/needs any more touch-ups. He is extremely nice. Would come here again and I highly recommend this place for anyone who needs any type of car detailing. You won’t regret it :)
