Great Clips

Had a great experience,the guy that cut my hair was excellent,very friendly. Highly recomend him and Great Clips. Will diffently return. Thank You!!

The store manager is fantastic. I have very difficult hair to cut but he always takes his time to do the best job that he can. On occasion i've had to return to get a mistake fixed but I dont think i've ever left this store with a truly awful haircut.

Dustin at the Wolf Creek Plaza store in Bellevue, NE always provides world-class customer service. He is very thorough, knowledgeable, and polite. I would recommend bringing your entire family in to see Dustin. He is very patient & friendly with children, too. My family is moving out of town in the near future. However, I will continue going to Great Clips just because of Dustin's excellent customer service! Also, his team provides amazing customer service!

I am so frustrated by the wait here. I was told you will be next when I went Saturday 9/23/17. I waited 20 mins and in came a family of 5, who were ahead of me because they checked in and left..Come to find out two more people who had checked in online were also ahead of me. Please, great clips, tell the walk ins the truth, do not say, "you will be next". I left without getting my haircut but had sat long enough to notice dirt, candy wrappers, and a dead mouse sitting right under the counter at the reception desk.

If there was a lower star rating id give it. Worst two haircuts ive ever gotten was from there. Both stylist didnt listen to my requested hair style and just kept asking if it was ok cuz they wanted me out of the chair. The other stylist couldnt line my beard up to save a life. Furthermore, customer sercive is marginal at best and the prices are comparable to the barber shop. I wont be back and will def not recommend.

I took my son here today to get his haircut for school pictures. The women working were very professional and the one that cut my sons hair was very nice and patient with him and did a wonderful job without breaking my wallet.

Great Clips in Wolf Creek is the best. They spent way longer than I would have expected for a $15 haircut and I was so happy with the results .I wish I could remember the name of the stylist with the haircutting toolbelt... He was awesome. :)

Hack job. Used clippers up, down ,left, right and diagonal. Who does that? Big chunk out of back of head that can't be fixed. Any other stylist would have done better blindfolded with a hedge clippers. DO NOT GO HERE! Not a location that represents what the franchise well.

I online checked in I arrive at the store and check in #4 Stylist finishing up says I will be next unless some one who checked in online comes in before her station is cleaned . Somebody above my check in comes in and I am told I will have to wait. As I am a waiting customer in the store already I really feel that I should be ahead of the persons that have not arrived. As I’m waiting the stylist finishes with the first person and you guessed it another online check in comes in the store, again I am told I will have to wait because they online checked in ahead of me. At that time I decide to leave. I believe physical line should over ride the virtual line. If a customer comes in they really should be sent to the top of the sign in board. Other great clips that I have been too do it this way, those in the store go before those in virtual line. If I went in a store and found that others had arrived prior to me went before me I would not have an issue. If I am wrong and have to wait on virtuals coming in after me, then I will find another place to have my haircut. I will not return to this place as they don’t understand the already waiting customer in line.

I was not happy with my grandsons haircut. The hair above his left ear was still touching his ear and on the right side it was quite a bit higher. I said we wanted the back and sides shorter than the top and she ran the clippers with the longest guard over his entire head, then trimmed his ears and was done. Not satisfied with this cut at all!
