Great Clips

This used to be the place to go for me at lunchtime to get a haircut. They were fast and I was always able to get in and out on my lunch hour with no problem. That's not the case anymore. Today I patiently waited after I was told by the receptionist that they would get to me in 10 or 15 minutes. After waiting about 25 mins the last customer before me left after getting their hair cut and I thought for sure they would start on me but instead all they did was ignore me and try to figure out what was wrong with the previous customers credit card transaction. There were three of them there, you would think that at least one of them could have acknowledged that I was there but they did not. By this time I had to rush back to work because I only had 15 minutes left on my break to get there so not only did I not get a haircut, I didn't have time to pick up something for lunch either. I'll never go back there again.

My stylist Wally T is terrific at what he does, he's very personable. Along with his "great clips " he chatted me up makes for a great day. I'd highly suggest him as your person from A- to - Z for all your groom needs. You the one Wally T.

I have been visiting this branch for years and getting my own hair cut here for a long time, my wife asked me where to go and get my one year olds haircut done and I recommend this location. They are enforcing a mask policy which my wife was wearing however my one year old was not because well he is one and our pediatrician has advised it's dangerous for children that young to wear a mask. I'm not uset that they refused service because he can't wear a mask however I am upset because they were very rude to my wife about it. One employee just said "oh of he ain't wearing no mask he ain't getting nothing cut" then another employee from the back said "mmhmm" loudly and in a sassy tone. I will never do business with great clips again after this experience. They could of been much more professional and nice in refusing service

I have been going to this location for the past 14 years and the last 2 haircuts were not good. This past Thursday Ashley cut my hair. There were only 2 stylists working at 4 on a Thursday afternoon. I was in the chair less than a minute when another customer came in and she told him she would be done with me in 2 minutes. That is about how long she took too. I got a couple of snips and the smock was taken off and she said I was done. No offer to show me the back of my head with the hand held mirror, no offer to put gel or any styling product in my hair. It is still too long on top, so now I will be getting another haircut less than a week later. At my expense, of course. I will be using a competitor from now on.

We LOVE Austin! My husband refuses to have anyone else cut his hair or beard ever again.

I've only ever had one bad haircut here in the last 15 years. My only complaint would be that if you're the only location on Sunday, why would you have 2 stylists when you have 30 people needing haircuts? Overall a great spot.

My daughter and I did a walk in for haircuts for both of us. The girl at the front was very sweet and the wait wasn't long at all. Dustin cut my daughter's hair and he was fantastic! He was so attentive to her and acted genuinely interested in all she had to say (she doesn't ever stop talking... hahaha) He asked her how she wanted her hair cut, then made sure to run it by me before cutting. Austin cut mine and was equally as amazing. Great conversation and he gave me exactly what I wanted for my cut. We will definatly be back to these two again!

I went in, because about 3 weeks ago I got a bad haircut at another salon. The bad haircut ended with her asking if I liked it but I didn't, I told her it looked crooked, and she said "oh no its coz you part your hair on the side" and went home. When I straightened my hair, I could see it more. I trimmed it best I could to even it out a bit, ended up just putting my hair back to hide it daily. But I get tension headaches when i put my hair back,so I had to get it fixed. I finally decided to try this place, because $15 is super affordable and I figured it had to go better than my last. Also liked the check in feature, I had no wait. Dustin ended up with me, and I asked him to check out my lopsided hair and he confirmed it was an inch longer on the left. He began to fix it, and a few minutes in I realized (I'm very indecisive and have anxiety about it) I probably wanted a shorter cut, and when I asked him he said "sure thing". I apologized a lot (because of my anxiety I do that) about my switch up, and he said over and over, "don't worry, I want you to leave happy". He did an awesome job, I had NO scraggly hairs to fix when I got home this time. It's hard to find a quality AND affordable haircut, so I'd suggest you see Dustin at this location if you want both.
