Garbo's - Regency

Holiday is the best! As soon as I walked in, she looked at my skin and new exactly what type of facial I needed and explained why and what it can do for my skin. I ended up having a Luma Facial and it was AMAZING! My skin was less red and dry after the treatment. Holiday provided me with great recommendations to prolong my results and what I should change to my current skincare routine. She is even sending me skincare products! The staff at Garbo's Regency was also super welcoming when I walked in and the space was very clean. Definitely recommend to anyone in that area!!

I have been going to Katie for over a year now, she does amazing work with my cut and color (she is especially talented with bleaching) and is always willing to listen to what I actually want but that's only part of my reasoning for leaving this review. I recently was trying to find a wheelchair accessible salon that could color my aunts hair as she is confined to a wheelchair, every place had the salon shampoo bowl attached to the chair and it wouldn't work. The managers Adam and Tom, called a plumber to come the same day and fix one of their chairs so my aunt could use it. Above and beyond customer service!! Everyone is always so welcoming and kind everytime I visit. I will definitely keep using this salon!!

I took my daughter here last Saturday and the stylist messed her hair up so bad. We were there from 1-5 and the girl still didn't fix it correctly. She had no idea what she was doing. I took my daughter to my stylist last night and she won't even touch it for another month in fear of hair breaking off because the other stylist at Regency Garbo's bleached it out so much. When you lift up the hair in back it looks like leopard spots! On top of that we didn't get an apology or even a phone call the next day. Terrible service! Don't waste your money. Update: the owner did finally contact me with sincere apologies and refunded me for the service.

Lexi is a genuine goddess when it comes to color, and her fashion colors are matched by no one else in the Omaha game. She has incredible customer service, continuously being contagiously kind and communicative, and she is very well-educated on whatever you're looking to get done. She is always willing to try new things and is very versatile in her art, constantly exceeding my expectations. She is a wizard in her craft!

My 8yr old niece and I left pleasantly pleased after our appointments on a Sunday. I decided to treat my niece to her first salon experience as her Christmas gift this yr. We just came in for a simple wash, blow dry and style. I didn’t expect much for a simple service but our stylists went above and beyond. First, I was surprised they got us to sit next to each other. I know stylists usually have their own station that they usually work at, so being able to sit next to one other without request, definitely felt nice. My nieces stylist, I believe it was Jennifer, she had a great happy energy and a positive attitude, perfect for my niece to feel comfortable and excited around since she’s typically a shy one. She styled and trimmed her hair perfectly and treated my niece like a mini adult. She answered her questions and told her in detail what she was going to do before she did it. I definitely felt comfortable to not step in and let Jennifer take great care of her. She LOVED her hair and was able to wear the same style the next day without getting ruined. My stylist was Breanna, hands down the best hair wash I’ve ever had with my handtied extensions in. She definitely got in there. My scalp and extensions felt so clean. She also did her best to give me a scalp massage during my wash, I know this could be a struggle with extensions in but what she did still felt good. My curls looked voluminous and stayed all night in to the next day! I went in not as excited since it was supposed to be a total of three of us but one of the stylists unfortunately did not show. Jennifer and Breanna gave us a 5 star service and definitely made up for it, couldn’t help myself but to give them a 50% tip. Thank you ladies!

Tom is the absolute best in the business. He colored styles hair and haircut to perfection. I am wearing a tiara I feel so glamorous. Recommend number one salon.

I don't like to write negative reviews or say unkind words about someone but stylists need to hear my message. When a customer such as myself, a 50+ woman who has worn the same style since 1986, comes into your salon you need to know this...... I know better than you. Period. I know my hair. I know how to fix it. You don't. Your job is to listen and take instruction from the customer. It's okay to ask questions to make certain you and the customer are on the same page. That's okay. In fact, the customer welcomes verification in lieu of having to live with a butched cut for the next three months. It is doable to wear a short style and still have soft lines and a feminine look. Why do stylists think if you have a short cut the customer wants spunky, spiky, hard lines? If you can't listen, then look. Simply looking at the cut should guide you.... It's now going to take 3-4 months to grow out these hard butchy lines just so I can start shaping it back to a softer, more feminine look. I have to look at this butched cut every morning and try soften the look..... for the next few months. Every time a stylist meets with a new client they have the opportunity to secure regular business and income from that individual. One would think they would take that opportunity very seriously, especially since 85% of the chairs in this salon were empty and most of the stylists were standing around with nothing to do. I noticed it but failed to take heed. Buyer beware at Garbo's Regency.

Erin L is the best! She is so kind, intelligent, and most importantly she’s great at doing hair. I get keratherapy smoothing treatments done by her and I love it every time! Her scalp massages are great too :)

I am blown away at the customer service and talent of this place. My hairstylist is RJ and I LOVE her. When I first came in April of this year, my hair was a pretty dark brunette with some highlights here and there. I wanted to go lighter as I have always had hopes of wanting to try to go blonde. The first time I came in, there was a bit of miscommunication between myself and a different hairstylist and then I went to see RJ for a correction and she did it flawlessly. She definitely knows her stuff!! She handles my concerns very well and keeps me informed throughout the entire service so I am aware of what she is doing. RJ made sure that my hair was protected and I left with as little damage as possible. I will definitely stay loyal to this hair salon as they always make sure their clients are completely satisfied. Also - the manager is AMAZING. He is always so quick to check in and is so excited to see everyone. Definitely the perfect person you want to see when you first walk in. If I have ever had a concern, he is so quick to get back to me and help me figure out what to do to make it right. I would give this place more stars if I could!! You get the best service for a reasonable cost!

Erin E. has been my go-to stylist for years! She listens to what I want, and I am happy every time! My husband gets his hair cut by Erin too. We wouldn’t go anywhere else! Erin does beautiful color, even on my difficult mix of gray and brown. But perhaps best of all, Erin gives a fabulous scalp massage during the shampoo! We love Garbo’s Regency too. Everyone is friendly, the salon is luxe and Garbo’s has a great product line. The Regency location is my favorite place to get a massage as well!
