Closes at 10pm, but a paper on the front door says they close the lobby at 9pm, the doors were locked at 8:20pm. Annoying

Not a fan of the burgers. They are a little to charred for my taste. Not always constant. Sometimes I feel like I'm eating coal rather then the burger. The fries are usually pretty good. And I love their brownie sundae. . It is a clean and friend establishment just the thing they are known for their burgers are sometimes to crispy and charred.

Ordered 2 Cali burgers tonight 9/29. Both of them were missing the slice of onion. Did this burger change or were they forgotten or were they all out of onions and didn't say anything??? Everything else was great but I was jonesing for some onions!

Use to be good, very mid now. Workers very lazy but for 11 dollars an hour you can't blame them. A corporate issue.

If you are looking for a family-friendly restaurant, Freddy's is it! There is something for everyone to eat and their custard ice cream is the best ever! Plus, they will make something "your way" too. I love their grilled cheese sandwich and their burgers. So I asked if they could make me a grilled cheese with a burger on it as it is not a menu option. The cashier said "Absolutely!" He then went on to say he would recommend adding that to their menu too! ❤

Very friendly staff. Fast service. Fresh and tasty food. Very clean restaurant. My family was very happy with the food and the experience dining at this location. It was very easy to place our orders and dine at this restaurant.

Long for wait on food. My husband said the men's bathroom was dirty. All the fries were cold.

I'm not a fan of their burgers but, omg their chicken sandwich combo was talking to me today so, I have to give them another try the service in papillon is awesome they are so nice

Those patty melts would be amazing if they put them together right. Tried to call a supervisor to tell them but I was put on hold and stayed there for 18 minute before I hung up.

Good fast food. Some areas needed cleaning attention though.
