Jacob Gordon did an excellent job in doing the follow up 30-45 day extermination of the "baby bugs" around our home and garage. He was very polite and asked questions about any bugs we saw inside and outside out home. When he was done, the talked to us again to see if there was anything else we might need to have done before he left. We were very please with Jacob's service of our home.

Ricky is an outstanding individual… he was on time, thorough and took time to explain the process. He is very personable and has a great friendly demeanor. I’m looking forward to a fall of no spiders!

I contracted EcoShield prior to knowing I was moving. The year and half I used them they were great. They caught two moles that were using my garage. They eliminated bees that had been a bother for years and their workers were great, courteous and prompt. I moved to a new area without an office. Christine M. In their customer care was awesome. She not only helped me turn off the account but they waived cancel fees and after accidentally charging for a service call after I moved. They refunded it. Christine was responsive and followed up right away.

Hi! I use this company as a pest prevention sprayer. They come out about 4 times a year for scheduled appointments. I originally thought the fee was high but I had compared them with other companies at the start and think they are actually pretty reasonable against today's market rate and very flexible. They always are willing to get me in even outside my set time and they haven't charged me for extra, small visits, (though I don't abuse it so I'm not saying you can call them all the time for free) an example being the last guy didn't knock so I couldn't ask him to come inside to spray the laundry room and when I called they immediately scheduled another appointment for me to get the inside sprayed free. The guy, Kenny Rollins, was an amazing technician. Fun and kind and very thorough unlike some of the previous appointments he didn't feel as rushed to leave letting me actually get the whole house sprayed without feeling guilty. Half the areas I didn't even have to ask he just did ^_^ so overall very pleased especially with this latest technician.

I've been using the service for over a year now and every technician is friendly, professional, and does a great job checking in with me to make sure I'm happy before leaving. Ricky J. came to my house today and once again was polite professional and courteous on top of doing a good job. It's a great piece of mind to know my house is protected from unwanted insects and bugs. Thanks Ricky!

Ricky did a fantastic job making sure my home was sprayed well. He cleaned out webs on the outside or the house and in the garage. He put traps in the garage for bugs and mice. Ricky was very thorough and has been the best exterminator this company has sent yo my home. I am so grateful for his excellent customer service and fantastic work.

Mr. DC Riley provided exceptional services. He was very informative and completed his work in a timely manner. He answered all my questions and explained everything he was doing.
