Tech Ricky James was very professional, thorough, and informative about pest control. Went out of his way to check my garage, left me some mouse traps that others never offered. He definitely gets 5 stars service.

Daryl Guest has done a fantastic job servicing my home. He is thorough, thoughtful, and professional. He makes sure to do a particularly thorough job where pests have been spotted. A shout out to Halona Marrujo who did a great job responding to me after some inquiries about a specific pest. She even checked in after a follow up service to make sure it took care of the problem. Highly recommend EcoShield.

Sam from EcoShield performed our quarterly inside/outside pest prevention. He was courteous and answered my questions (about wasps) professionally and was very efficient. Great job as usual.

These techs are always on time, courteous and professional. Nate J. was very knowledgeable and talked with me about preventing mice from getting in, watching for signs and problem areas like the garage, and offered to come back out if needed. Thanks, Nate and team!

Nate Jones did a great job. He listened to my concerns and was sure to explain everything to me. He even went above and beyond in making me aware of home issues I hadn't seen yet!

Ricky J was fantastic. He was great and actually does look at your house. I had him last time and he told me about a small crack in my roofline that would allow birds and bats to nest inside my house and he alerted me to it.

Ricky James does a great job. He knows what I want done and always asks if there are other services he can perform. His cheerful personality is a bonus.

*Edited* I have read my contract. I agreed to 159 quarterly. I am being charged that plus 79 monthly for “mosquito service” which I never agreed to anywhere, I have checked. They tell me they are on their way to service me but I never asked for it and no one ever mentioned it was extra!!!! Also it says in my contract that mice are covered yet they wanted me to pay 600+ when they told me how to get rid of the mice. Like.. doesn’t seem covered to me. Edited to say they understood the miscommunication about the mosquito service and because I never signed the agreement for that, they applied both payments to my quarterly which made it right in my opinion. She was very friendly and I did feel like she cared. I will continue the service.

We haven't had any bugs or spiders in the house, definitely recommend. And Ricky is the best! He works quickly and thoroughly, and he's always so friendly.
