Courtyard by Marriott Omaha La Vista

TRASH HOTEL!! I'd give this hotel ZERO stars if possible. Let's start with reservations: Good luck, there's never anybody at the desk in-person or to call. Then if you want a receipt when you leave, guess what? NOBODY IS AT THE DESK! Now I have a charge on a company card and no way to get a receipt. The room itself smelled musty and the climate control system runs the heater until its hot, then the A/C until its freezing, no mid point. The final insult is the cold shower I had to take there before I left. I've tried to stay at this hotel 4 separate times for a work project next door and cannot get any sort of contact from them. I miraculously got a room one day by blind luck that somebody was accidentally at the front desk. The hotel is trash.

This specific Courtyard by Marriott in the Omaha/La Vista area was amazing. Every single staff member I spoke to was very kind and even gave me recommendations on where to get my nails done! I stayed here by myself but the rooms are spacious enough that several people could sleep in one room. The couch was a pullout, but comfortable enough to sleep on just as it was. The bed was very comfortable and clean. I personally loved that the desk and ottoman were on wheels, it made for some fun that night. Also, the bathroom was clean and the water stayed warm for my entire bath. There were plenty of towels and I appreciate they have an option to not have them change my towels every day. The soaps and lotion were perfect size and smelled amazing. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone in the Omaha area, that's right, the entire area! With it being so close to the interstates, it makes getting across town super easy. Another thing to add, if you are a foodie like I am, you will love all of the options that are right next door or across the street to the hotel! Anything from BK or Sonic to Hooters!

this hotel i have used several times and its always excellent. however this time i was a little shocked by the fact that the room i had still had the previous residents hair band next to the bed as well as some women's hair in the sink !!!

The main things I look for in a hotel are comfortable bed, amazing blackout curtains, clean room, a white noise generator, and a shower fit for a tall person. Will write more later, but not a single USB port in the entire room?

Hotel was clean inside. Room clean, but not big enough for three people. Love the layout for the bathroom with the sink actually in the bathroom and not outside it. So I can get ready while others sleep.

Started at Embassy Suite next door. What an Arm pit experience. Marriott saved the day!!!! Pleasant staff, clean rooms and dog friendly. From now on it's the only place we will stay when visiting family in Omaha.
