There for a reptile show it was great 👍🏿 I got snakes and a lizard 🦎 and there was a dude that was trying to give us a hedgehog 🦔 for free and we agreed but she is really scared and they would not let us keep her in there so we had to step out but either then that It was great 😃.

Nice looking hotel but some rooms face the busy highway which can be very loud. They have an indoor pool as well but its not heated which makes it impossible to get into

Marriott LA Vista Nebraska A few weeks ago we had a family reunion and stayed there. Saturday night we were playing games in an open area by the lobby. An over zealous employee came and told us we were not allowed to be there, we needed to move, and was really aggressive. When my brother in law told them we had asked the night before to be there, the employee called him a "liar". We remained calm as he told us we were law breakers and how bad we were; it ended up where we had to move outside. While the next day the day manager did admit it shouldn't have happened, there were no apologies from the employee or compensation from the hotel . We did have an awesome game night, in the same area on Sunday night. I should have broken out the phone for video on Saturday. I contacted Marriott and received a bunch of lame excuses, no apologies or compensation.

Hotel is great. Rooms are spacious and clean. Walls are paper thin. Could hear each actual word of a conversation through the wall, and when the baby was crying at midnight not even ear plugs could block it out. It was as if they were in my room.

Staff seemed really nice however they seemed short staffed just like everyone. I was in town on business and this is close to the office so it's very convenient. The first night I noticed that the carpet was soaking wet by the air conditioner. I informed the front desk 3 times and Noone came to fix it for 3 days. One of my employees got checked into a room that had throw up all over it and then had to be checked into a handicapped room because that was all they had.

Traveling on business and this hotel is attached to the convention center. That alone made it a good choice for the week of classes at the convention center. The rooms are very clean and well laid out and the rest of the hotel has seemed well kept and clean. What put this hotel over the top in amazing was the customer service from the front desk staff, in particular Alex. She went out of her way, and I mean out of her way, to make my stay as wonderful as it could be. When traditional solutions were not rectifying my issue, she took action and solved the problem herself when she could have just gone about her business. I appreciate the time she took to care about something that she didn't have to. The time she decided to give to a stranger to make my stay better. The kindness that not everyone has and sometimes can be very hard to find. I do hope that management of this hotel also recognize what a great employee and an even better person they have in Alex.

Absolutely recommend! Clean comfy rooms, excellent attentive staff and plenty of soap, shampoo and conditioner i didn't need to bring my own!

I absolutely love this hotel. Been coming out to Omaha for work the last couple of months and this Marriott is my go to! The staff are so nice, accomodating and just generally top tier customer service. (especially Kevin the assistant manager). The rooms are always clean with great beds. A lot of my coworkers tease me for not heading downtown like the rest of them but honestly this hotel has quickly become my favorite fruit in the country. See yall next work trip!

The customer service is out of this world. From the front desk to management. So bright and welcoming. We had a minor issue with an oversight in our housekeeping, but it was immediately addressed and made right. I had never stayed at a Courtyard and always booked with the adjoining hotel not anymore, I will for sure make the Courtyard our preferred stay on our return trip every year!
