This is the best place in Omaha. I dropped of a goose down comforter. It was white years ago. I hadn't seen white in it for years. This is a super laundromat!. It's clean, comfortable, and has lots of washers/dryers that work well. I go here several times a year to wash large comforters and mattress pads and I've never had a complaint. This time I was getting $20 worth of quarters and the attendant Shannon came by to ask if I needed a container to hold my change. So thoughtful and nice! I highly recommend the "Clothes Hamper"!

Had my comforter washed there. They did a great job at a great price! Got it done in 2 days. I'm on crutches and she offered to carry it out to my vehicle for me. They will have my business again in the future!

Came in around 1130 and I have to say one of the best laundry experiences I’ve had. Facility was clean as well as the machines. Free WiFi and vending machines. The attendant was friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. Will definitely be making return visits. If your doing laundry elsewhere in Omaha all I can say is your doing it wrong.

Without a washer for 3 weeks I went in with my little one and Amanda was so so helpful!! The customer service is excellent. The facility and machines are clean and tidy. We will definitely be using their service and highly recommend them to anyone needing a clean, friendly place to do laundry!!!

First time to a laundry mat in many years but I was impressed by how clean it was. I went on a Friday around 2 pm and was able to wash my load of rugs right away, by 3 pm it was getting pretty busy. They did have change machine, you could by soap & etc..., snack & drink vending, TV and free WiFi. The lady who worked there was very friendly. I would go back again.

Worst laundry mat I have been to. Employee used pretty much all the driers and washing machines and customers had to wait for her to get done. They should not be doing drop off on a weekend knowing that will be there busiest time. I will never go here ever again. More washing machines then driers. What a joke of a very small place. Not worth the wait. And the place is a mess. Highly not recommended place to do your laundry!

What a wonderful, full service laundromat! I shopped around at a few locations prior to finding this gem! All other places offered a 48 hour return on cleaned clothes. I was very relieved to learn that the Clothes Hamper not only saved me money, but saved me valuable time! They even provided a laundry bag that is much better than the one I brought the dirty clothes in with. Great service, friendly staff. Well worth the visit.

First time user. I was a little put off of the size and I had to use more washers. I have been using laundry world and anytime laundry. But I will say this I’m coming back. It’s the first time I have actually gotten hot water so much it steams out of washer. I had to always wash twice at others. This time one and done. I didn’t have to spend twice the money. I have 5 dogs and it got their beds and blankets so clean I was like yes finally. The staff is very helpful as well. Really great experience. I’ll be back.

I love the owner here. I'm new to town and she was so sweet and nice. Very accommodating and helpful, she saw my load and said which machine would get the job done and helped me get change. Very affordable prices, next day laundry service, and plenty of washer and dryers with different capacities so you're sure to find one that suits your needs.
