Very thorough and professional. Aspen dental took time to not only explain, but educate me about the condition of my teeth. After my visit, I was 100% satisfied, and I would recommend them to anyone for any of their dental needs.

I contacted Aspen after dealing with a toothache for several days that kept getting worse. I made an appointment online for the very next morning, and was able to fill out all the paperwork online before I even went in. The front desk receptionist was incredibly friendly and welcoming. In fact, the whole office was that way. I never once felt judgement from anyone (such as for my lack of prior dental care.) But even more importantly, I truly felt they cared about me as a person, not just another dollar. I have horrible dental anxiety. Like, near panic attack anxiety. Add to that I was in immense pain, and by the time the Dr. came in, I was in tears. I had to have the tooth pulled, but even that was tolerable. For someone like me to say an experience at the dentist was a positive one is rare. As in, I think I've only said that once or twice in my life. If you are in need of a dental office in Omaha, I'd highly recommend Aspen at Oakview.

They were so friendly and helpful here! I didn’t expect for Doctor Aldo Koentjoro to get right to the point and I didn’t feel like everybody was judging me. The office had a calm and inviting atmosphere. It looked and smelled clean as well. I’m super excited to continue my dental work here with these folks. I highly recommend!!

I thought this place cared about the well being of their clients but i was wrong. After getting a tooth pulled and adamantly telling the dentist that simple relievers like Tylenol and ibuprofen have either no effect or getting sicker, Dr. Fisher just sent me on my way. Hours later after calling their "help" line, they told me the on call doctor who was Dr.Fisher would call me within 20 minutes. 4 hours later I received a call from Dr.Fisher making excuses as to why he hadn't called, because he had "prior" engagements. I wonder is being an oncall doctor not a prior engagement? Instead off being helpful he told me to go to an emergency dental place on 144th and f. From that I gathered that he is unable to do his job and defers his problems to other places. Very unprofessional. He was quick to point out that he's the one with the dental degree yet is 0 help. It must look fine from his couch. I will be contacting someone about this because the unprofessional way I've been treated is downright disgusting.

Very quick and professional service that I just aimed for! The whole medical team, together with a Dr. Jake, provided all that I needed, their schedule is open to get taken care of within a few days, and there’s nothing I can complain about!

Always ready to help in any dental situation. Easy to get appointments with immediate response. Able to get you in quickly, usually same day or next day. Polite and respectful staff. Almost makes going to the dentist a pleasure.

The finance lady was very helpful .I had a great visit today . I appreciate the whole staff !

Friendly, professional staff that are down-to-earth, efficient, and put you at ease! Dr. Fischer was informative, friendly, and non-judgmental. Highly recommended!

I was told that I would be charged for setting a crown regardless if I did or not. Then when I drove in from Des Moines where I moved too. No one even knew what was going on. Then when I went to go sign the care plan. I was told that $943 would be refunded to my account because her regional manager would fix it tomorrow. We had just spent 30-45min discussing a total that $943 less than that. I was also told that my claim was going through. Until Megan Brown held me over a barrel stating the interruption of service fee is the full cost of the crown. Which is grossly overpriced as it turns out. Absolutely the worst experience with a dentist ever.
