Arbor Hills Trees & Landscaping

As a property manager with 4.5 acres of trees and bushes I need a company I can trust for healthy happy trees and Arbor Hills Tree Farm has always been there for me. We have replaced many Silver Maples with Red Sunset Maples and Autumn Flame Maples and they are great. The Autumn Flame Maples are the most beautiful tree we have every seen in October. I 'll be calling Ed (owner) this spring for more trees.

We love the trees that we purchased from Arbor Hills, and the landscaping that his crew did. We also the love the stamped patio that Omar did! Both crews did excellent work and were great to work with! I highly recommend them!

After recent storms we lost a tree in the back yard which was essentially a tree that made the backyard private. Dustin came out and we came up with a plan to add some Arborvitae trees to create privacy. Ed did great follow up and Dustin and his crew planted the trees in a great time frame and they look great.Highly Recommend

Ed and his crew planted 12 trees and added a large berm on the corner of our property. My wife and I are very pleased with all the work and the quality of the trees. Thanks Ed and crew for a great job!. We cannot wait to see our trees bloom again in the spring!

I'm new to Omaha. I was looking for a Tulip tree for my front yard. I was repeatedly put off by the two largest Nursery/Landscaping services in Omaha with "check back in a few days, we should one of those trees in stock by then". Frustrated, I searched the internet and found Arbor Hills by chance. I called and Ed answered the phone on a late Saturday afternoon while he was on a family trip out of town. He promised to get a tree planted by my deadline and he delivered. Ed knows something about customer service!!

My husband and I were interested in some new trees for our front yard in the fall of 2013. We seen Arbor Hills Tree Farm ad on the internet, And called them! The owner had us meet him at one of his locations in Omaha, answered our questions and helped us pick out three new trees! He was very knowledgeable and the trees came with warranties. We were very satisfied!

Ed and his great group of guys have moved trees for me, planted over 40 new trees, advised me on the best trees for my area, delivered boulders, mulched and have generally helped me with advice and tree installation for the last two years. I had only one tree with a problem and it was replaced immediately. I can't say enough good things about Arbor Hills Trees and Landscaping.

This is our second time purchasing trees from Arbor Hill and everything was as expected, good prices, crew was awesome that did the planting, and scheduling was good even with all the rain we’ve had. Trusted Ed enough to pick out our trees and saved a lot of time, first time I drove from Papillion to Elkhorn to select a tree, their selection is outstanding and every tree above grade. All their trees are superior quality and backed by equal customer service, I definitely would use them again. 5 STARS 2 Thumbs Up

Great experience from the minute we pulled in. We came at the end of the season, but Ed and his team helped us find the perfect trees for our yard. Scheduling was easy, turnaround time was quick, and communication was great. When the guys got here, they worked with us to find the best route for their mini skid to disrupt our yard and sprinklers as little as possible. Planting was quick, and when they left, the trees were mulched and everything around them was clean. Follow-up instructions were very helpful.

We purchased trees, shrubs and plants with landscaping design. We had worked with Ed about a landscaping design and was not totally thrilled with it at the time but left it to them to tell us what was best. They performed their work in mid July and called them back to plant an additional shrub to balance out the look. After a month I called Ed back and told him that 2 of the 4 shrubs were looking poorly, one had lost all of its leaves and the other had lost about 50% of its leaves. Ed asked me then to let it go until the next spring and if they did not perk up then he would take care of it. Well, after waiting this spring for things to finally start growing the two shrubs are dead. I emailed Ed and told him, the response was that they have a limited warranty of 60 days and I would have to pay if I wanted replacements. I then reminded him of what was said on the phone via email twice now and have not received a reply. In addition we were cautious about using mulch in our area due to the high winds in the area and was assured that this would not be a problem. I would estimate that we lost about 50% of the mulch over the winter. Final thoughts here, we are happy with our Tree's they are growing fine it appears, our plants and shrubs not so much. Do NOT accept word of mouth on anything and get it in writing to protect yourself.
