Arbor Hills Trees & Landscaping

I used Arbor Hills Tree and Landscaping to replace a tree that was lost in the wind storm. They did an excellent job and I am very pleased with the result! I would highly recommend this company.

We love our tree from Arbor Hills! Ed was great to talk to and very knowledgeable about the trees and steered me towards the tree that would fit our needs. I would highly recommend calling them if you're in the market for a tree!

We spoke to the sales representatives at the Omaha Home Show last year and they were helpful in recommending different varieties of trees that would do well in the locations we planned to plant in our yard. They seemed to have a good variety from which to choose.

We were very pleased with the communication and work of Ed and his Arbor Hills team. Very fast estimate and completion of our landscaping job. We were particularly impressed with how hands-on Ed was during our job. Highly recommend.

Exceptional job and very professional. On time and kept job site picked-up. Communicated through the entire project. We decided during the process to add a fire pit. Ed advised the additional cost before the process continued. Very satisfied with their services and can't wait for next Spring to have them add a new water feature!

Unfortunately, I keep finding very serious mistakes in the work Ed DeWispelare's company did for me on June 8, 2020. So many corners were cut in most of my project and they are very, very expensive for me to get fixed properly. Because of so many errors and his refusal to listen to reason or correct anything, I withheld about 14% of his bill. I paid him over $7,000, but his work was not worth anywhere near that amount. He is suing me--not Small Claims Court but Douglas County Court for less than $2,000. In actuality, if I counter sue him he could owe me a great deal of money. And, to make matters worse, his behavior was like that of a young child not getting his way! He was impatient and rude--he screamed at me on two consecutive days and refused to even listen to what I actually wanted in my project. When I gave him a very negative review on Facebook, he replied with many outright lies!! Then, in that same review, he said, "We installed a professional landscape (see attached photos) . . . . The first photo did show a part of their work that was good. The second photo was of work done almost entirely by another company!! He had the unmitigated gall to claim that as his own! Also, he was trespassing on my property to obtain that photo!

Our home is 50 years old, and we’ve lived in it for 25 years. Over the years we have had to remove mature trees. Every one of the four trees on our property has been planted by Arbor Hills. Just called them up to order trees and have always been happy with the results.

We love our new stamped patio and fire pit! We had good easy communication through the process. I trusted Ed with the tree and shrub selection for the surrounding landscaping, and we are very happy with it all!
