Everyone was very professional and the customer service was welcoming. I was treated as if they knew me already! I felt comfortable getting my teeth cleaned and meeting new people. The service was great!

I love and respect Dr. Fitzgerald who has been my dentist for many years. There are changes in the space and personnel. The spaces are modernized and the new personnel are friendly and professional. When Dr. Fitzgerald stepped aside and the Willow Dental banner was established, my longtime and excellent dental hygienist left and a $25 48 hour cancellation fee was implemented, I worried that “business” was taking over the “heart” that was ever present of his business. So far “heart” appears to remain and my hope is that this practice never loses it. In my opinion, Dr Fitzgerald built a unique practice and it is my hope that his vision and practice continue into the future of updates in space and personnel.

I gave Willow Dental a 4 because it's my first time. But what I experienced was great! Dr. Dawson was awesome. I believe he will be a great Dentist for the community. The staff was great and smiling! Nice experience.

The staff was very nice however I felt like I walked into a different dentist office. Dr. Fitzgerald was not there and neither was his regular staff. No one even mentioned him. Did he retire? We were not notified of the staff changes. I was not asked if I wanted ultrasonic cleaning and I hate it. The dentist pressured me to get crowns now rather than waiting until I could afford them in January. Dr. Fitzgerald would never have done that. They have a lot of new equipment and I am dreading the upcoming bill. It would have been nice to know I was going to a different practice and the people I know and trust are gone. Not sure if I will continue to come to now Willow Dental.

I have been using willow dental for years way back when Dr Fitzgerald first started and I have always loved the integrity and honesty and now since the new ownership I've been impressed with all the remodeling and new services. I will always be a customer as long as I have my teeth lol... keep up the good work. I would also like to add it's wonder that Dr Fitzgerald is still practicing. He's a wonderful dentist and human being.

I love love love my dentist. A very kind and gentle man. I am so happy I met him. The office staff is awesome. I hate being in pain And I really don't like Dentist offices but I guess that's part of life. So one day over the rainbow I may be totally fixed and won't have to see any of you that much as I like as much as I love you all I could just call you on the phone and say Hi. This is a great dental office to go to if you go to the right dentist. In actuality my last dentist was excellent too in his time , I love him also. Thank you all for being there for me and with me To hold my hand or when I scream and crying. Through good news and bad news you guys are the boss you know what I am saying. The staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated the work of Sasha and how she made me feel comfortable amidst so many changes. Christi was an excellent hygienist. No more poking and sharp pain, an excellent professional. Doc Fitzgerald calm and thorough as ever. Great staff, excellent service.

My experience was great! At first I must admit, I did not like the changes being made with all the different staff and faces I didn't recognized and got to know before, because I was so use to the great staff before, but I realized change is needed for growth, they made me feel so welcomed and they treated me like they knew me! They went out of their way to assist me with insurance and my issues with my teeth. I appreciate their prompt service. I would recommend Willow to anyone needing a dentist.

Dr. Dawson is a terrific dentist. He’s very gentle, professional, and knowledgeable of the most up-to-date dental methods. He takes the time to explain everything well. Very important, his office offers Nitrous Oxide for big babies like me. The dental hygienists and entire staff are very professional and cheerful. I’ve been able to get an appointment easily and promptly.
