Thank you for taking care of my daughter. This is the second time she has needed baby teeth out and not just any baby teeth,ones that won't come out. We appreciate the care and flexibility with appts.

The people were very nice. They took the time to show me exactly what it would cost to do what I wanted. And I walked out not owing a dime, but getting my work started, I am one happy patient.

Understandable that you have delays in offices but my appointment was delayed due to issues with other patients which was frustrating. Also, when my appointment started the office seemed to be in disarray as they didn’t know where materials were and had two or three people having to get up to look for things. Not the quality I have come to expect as I have been utilizing this practice for nearly 45 years now.

Everyone and every experience I've had at Willow Dental has been exceptional. It's so nice to find a dental office you want to return to. I feel lucky that I found them.

I visited Willow Dental in November for a molar removal. I spent what I felt was an unnatural amount of time, 4-5 hours with at least 4 novocaine injections, receiving a third molar extraction from Dr. Richard Fitzgerald after being assured it would likely be "a simple 15-30 minute procedure". During the visit Dr. Fitzgerald exhibited a foggy demeanor, repeated himself frequently, and exhibited other vocal indicators that made me start to have concerns over whether he was in the early stages of dementia or other mental decline. I ignored my instincts and assumed he just was a "quirky old man" and I had the jitters. I ended up being sent to an oral surgeon across town after Doctor Fitzgerald shattered my molar and failed the extraction. In the following week I received two phone calls from Dr. Fitzgerald, I answered neither as I didn't recognize his personal cell phone number and I was still very upset about the procedure. I have two recorded voicemails from him in which he apologizes for the botched procedure. In both, Dr. Fitzgerald has a similar "slur" pattern in his voice and meandering vocal cadence. After receiving no further contact from Willow Dental, I decided for my own personal wellbeing and mental health to let the issue drop. In February, I received a bill from Willow Dental which was confusing because they have a large posted sign in their lobby that requires all accounts to be settled upon completion. So I called on 2/13/2023, on a recorded line(Nebraska is a single party consent state), to inquire about the invoice and spoke with a woman that identified herself as "Ashley" the office manager. Ashley was polite up and we had what I genuinely felt was a constructive conversation up until the point in which I mentioned that I believed Dr. Fitzgerald's vocal cadence and demeanor are similar to someone in the early stages of dementia. Ashley proceeded proceeded to explain to me that Dr. Fitzgerald is close to retirement and the office only has him staffed one and a half days a week. Then she started trying to misrepresent their "consent for treatment" form, and claimed that it basically shield's them from any malpractice recourse. This is not true but I did not argue with her as she knows this. I do not believe that an office manager that has been practicing for at least a decade truly misunderstands a "consent to treatment" form that poorly. I feel as though she was trying to bully me into letting the issue drop and seeing as this office operates in a low income neighborhood, I'm troubled by that tactic. It is my personal opinion that Dr. Fitzgerald needs an evaluation of his mental faculties to ensure he still meets the qualifications of his license, and it is also my opinion that the staff at Willow Dental are aware of his decline and actively covering it up so they can carry him to the finish line of his retirement. This presented a danger to me that thankfully was avoided by the intervention of a more competent medical professional. It is also my opinion that the staff at Willow Dental Benson and actively down playing and obfuscating Dr. Fitzgerald's mental condition. If your business would like to contact me regarding this review, your office manager Ashley has my information. I will not be responding to comments on the review though. I have already done my due diligence to give you the opportunity to make this right. I now believe the issue is just systemic to your business. Also, the office doesn't even try to be ADA accessible, so if you have mobility needs, don't even bother.

I’m a new patient at Willow Dental. They took very good care of me- understanding some of my anxiety about my teeth and were very kind and patient. I would very much recommend them!!

I and my family have been going to this same dentist for three generations now. Always, they are considerate of your comfort. The building just got remodeled too. So when you’re leaned back in the chair.. on the ceiling, you will see what is on tv. It’s a good distraction while your teeth are getting worked on.

I have been coming there for over 25 years thanks to my late mother Juanita Johnson we started with Dr. Richard Fitzgerald a very nice caring person!!! Love him very much, he made me smile again!!!! Now Dr. Powell she a very nice and caring person as well I won’t be going anywhere no time soon. Oh and the new remodel is refreshing!!

Beware here. I’ve been a client for 20 years twice annual cleanings, filling replacements. No acute concerns. Suddenly with new ownership the hygentist declared my gum measurements too severe; the only option would be gum surgery and not worth her time or trouble to do routine cleaning. When I spoke with the office manager about my concerns she put me on hold for 30+ minutes and then did not return my next call. I took my business to another dentist who declared my home hygiene very good, my gum measurements all within normal and my enamel density as well. I’m sad to lose my neighborhood dentist but this new outfit are scoundrels.
