Only because I cannot give none. I am a gardener of 15 years and I spent way to much on dirt that was specially for gardens. What I got was a bunch of clay that I could not even break apart, and balls of dirt that were lacking nutrients so bad the poofed into dust when I tried to break them up. I tilled my garden multiple times and the dirt would not break down at all. It was so bad I ended up throwing a bunch of it down the creek. They claim to put compost in this but those chunks were so hard and solid I could not break them down. I will return to Maples 85 and Roberts Nursery for garden dirt again. I will NEVER go to the Rock Place again.

Wide variety of gravel, holders, stone furniture and feature pieces such as bubbler rocks and fire holders. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing is sensible. Great place to let the imagination run.

Received horrible dirt :( I reached out to them via email and their response was that they had never received any complaints before. Not, what can we do to make this right at all. They asked for more information and I kindly responded. I did not ever hear from them again. Just another case of great service unless actual assistance or problem solving is needed. Very bad customer service skills and not even an attempt to right a wrong on their end.

Great large selection for huge landscaping projects! Busy place but avoid Saturdays if you need quick assistance, the place was packed! Friendly staff, helpful guys.

This Place Rocks!...... Seriously though, the staff here knows how to get you in an out with whatever material you may need. I always refer my customers to them as the "grocery store of rock". Prices seems decent for rock and mulch. Never purchased anything else there. Staff is friendly. They have a nice assortment of rock. You can most definitely find what you need.

The Rock Place puts on a geological clinic—simply put if you need hardscape or grading materials of any sort you have no business going anywhere else in Omaha. Great selection, friendly knowledgeable staff, fair prices make The Rock Place the obvious choice to get your rock on. Appreciate the convenient delivery services too. Cheers UPDATE 9/4/19: The Rock Place customer service team can’t be beat. Kylie and the front ofc have helped me coordinate all of my deliveries impeccably.
