I use Sunco for weed control and fertilization and Justin from their team is super knowledgeable. He talks to you and provides very good feedback on what can be done to make your lawn better. My lawn is not that great but I think with Justin's knowledge and expertise we are getting there and already started to see improvements.

The Service Technician Tanner was great to work with. He call me and advised me that he would eon my property. He asked if I had any concerns, and we discussed those. We he arrived he quickly fertilized the yard and then checked property and sprayed for weeds. Great work Tanner,,,

Ryan was our tech and was very professional and took time to explain the process and steps. He answered questions we had regarding chemicals and any affects it may have with our pets. He was very thorough and efficient. He even took time to blow off our drive and walk paths, he was respectful and his attention to detail was fantastic.. He closed the gate behind himself every time he went through. Very happy with our initial visit with SunCo.

SunCo never disappoints. They are responsive, reliable and prompt. Rick called on his way, was a little early, walked me through turning on the water inside, and did his thing. He was friendly and at the end of the service he explained what he had fixed and tuned up for us. We've used them for 10 years now for irrigation and lawn service/design. Highly recommend!

Great job. Aerated and over seeded my lawn. The tech was professional, personable and knowledgeable answering all my questions. SunCo also did an outstanding job on my fall cleanup last year and I am looking forward to their service this fall. Be aware, they did my fall clean up this falll removing debris and leaves, minus trimming my bushes as they did last year and charged me $283.50 more. I would definitely agree to a price prior to having the work done. IMO

Never trust a company who gives incentives for reviews. The sprinkler tech that does the area I live in, does not know what he is doing. We were told we had several different issues with our system. Every technician from Sunco that visited said something different. They ‘repaired’ our heads every visit, while we were figuring out what to do about the supposed bigger problem. One technician said I needed one kind of head while another technician would change that head to another they recommended (guess who got charged all along the way?). Manager came out after I questioned everything and changed it all again. Finally, it is time to tackle the big project (because no matter what you do at Sunco the waitlist is weeks or even months) and they charge me mega $$$ to haul out some machine and then they admit to me the day of they don’t need the machine, they figured out it was a smaller issue they can fix without the machine. I have them on my ring, they came for less than 4 hours, taking a long lunch in that time, yet I was charged for 5 hours. I called the manager and he threatened me telling me their vehicles have a gps (that explains why they sat in my driveway for 45 minutes after they told me they were finished). I told him I had the interactions on the ring and he suddenly decided to come off one hours worth the billing. Still not honest, but worth it to me to be done with the company.

After moving to Omaha, I tried other local services looking for a reliable company. With others from the first phone call you are met with surly antagonism that never really goes away. With Sunco, the front desk is smart about their work and acts to efficiently get services scheduled and questions answered. And then, technicians and crews do a great job. Most recently, my home was hit by a drunk driver. All of the grass effected by the loss of all the engine's fluids needed to be dug out before it could destroy more of the property. Brian came fast, immediately had a quote back to me, and knew exactly what to do now to control the damage and how to protect the site until we can re-sod next spring. He told me it could be a few weeks before service was possible but was able to work us in faster. His crew was on time and worked like an incredibly well oiled machine. They were fast, efficient, cared for the property, and clearly took pride in a job well done. Sunco has been great with the "small stuff" and absolutely amazing with something big and weird and needing fast action came up. Will remain my first call and the highest recommendation to one and all.

He was very pleasant. He answered all my questions. He has my trees free of the beetles. They look beautiful. Better than they have ever looked in the 11 years we have lived hear. They have been riddled by the bug every single year even though we had a company spraying for them so he gets a 5 star rating. I would give him 10 if you had that many stars,
