SunCo

We have used SunCo for years for servicing our sprinkler system in the spring, fall, and any issues that arise. This year we needed a couple heads moved due to changing landscaping. They not only moved the heads quickly, but also made sure all our other heads were working and positioned correctly. Sunco was very thorough making sure that our system was ready for this summer season.

Our technician Justin does an amazing job at communicating when he is arriving and asking if there are any areas in our yard that need attention! He has always been great about treating trouble spots and our yard is looking better than it ever has! Thank you SunCo and Justin!

Last winterizer treatment for the year. Contacted us to let us know they were here and explained what they were doing. Willing to listen as long as I rambled... very friendly.

This company is tops. I have a beautiful lawn, thanks to them. I know it is due to the treatments they provide. I have used other companies and this is by far the best. My neighbor uses them as well and his yard is beautiful as well. I want to thank you all for your services.

Justin was excellent as our tech!! Sunco has brought our dead grass back to life in under a year. They’re responsive, professional, and incredibly efficient!

Lawn aeration and sprinkler winterization was done. Technicians that performed services were very professional and easy to talk to. Will recommend SUNCO if asked.

Long story short. I only had a few issues but both times I raised questions the blame was put on me. No responsibility was taken on their part and when I requested to cancel there were no questions asked. They didn’t care about losing a customer. Poor customer service

These days many business make many claims which drive consumers crazy when there not backed with actual positive results. SunCo, had experienced (professional) techs first visit to discuss the scope of work, and then came out reviewed the work again, performed the work, and then walked us through the work after it was completed. This seems trivial; however as mentioned, so many companies just to understand how to satisfy their customers. I’m happy to report that SunCo gets it!

Ryan was very professional, he let me know what he was here to do. I had asked him a few questions and he directed me to SunCo and they would be able to answer the rest of my questions. Great customer Service .
