Sharp Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning

We hired Sharp on fairly short notice, and they were willing to accommodate our quick turn around request. The carpets were/are in pretty terrible condition, but they did a great job with what they were handed. Everyone we interacted with was professional, efficient, respectful and easy to communicate with. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to others.

My carpets look absolutely amazing! Our carpet is cream colored, but it had been over a year since they had been cleaned and since we have 2 dogs we knew it was time to call Joel at Sharp Carpet. They cleaned multiple rooms, stairs, and treated a stain that I thought would never come out! The guys showed up on time and were done in roughly 2 hours so it didn't disrupt our day. I'd definitely recommend Sharp Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning to my friends and family.

Terrific experience!! Joel came on the weekend to give us an estimate when our busy schedules didn't allow a typical workweek consultation. His crew that completed the work was professional, kind, clean, and quick! I could smell/sense a difference in our air quality within an hour of their visit. We will be booking Sharp again to clean our carpets in a few weeks. Highly recommend!

We had our air ducts/vents cleaned and they did an amazing job. Joel was very honest about if they were unable to get behind the furnace, it wouldn't be worth it. They were able to! They were also able to tell me the previous company that did this 4 years ago for us didn't clean out our returns! They were very honest and kept me in the loop. They were here even before the scheduled time, quick, and friendly. Very fair priced as another company wanted $1,000. They were even less than half that price! Highly recommend!

Joel was great, he explained everything thoroughly and was very transparent on the pricing. We had the dryer vent and air duct cleaned. During cleaning, a picture fell off the wall and broke, they gave us the sterilization spray (around $100 value for free), which was great of them considering the picture breaking was not their fault. I have a couple complaints: -The mess left over from the dryer vent cleaning was left by the outside of our house. I am not sure if that is standard or not, but it was a bit of a mess to clean up. -While cleaning the air ducts, the air duct has to be drilled into and opened up and patched once done. The metal shavings from the air duct were left all over the area the drilling occurred. It was a pain to vacuum up all the little metal shavings and probably took 30 min or so with the shop vac. We appreciate the compensation for the picture breaking, but would have rather had the mess left from the dryer vent and air duct cleaning cleaned up.

Used Sharp Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning recently for both carpet and duct work. The experience from start to finish was top notch. Joel came out in person to give me my quote and was very thorough explaining the process and was very honest that depending on my type of duct work it may not have been worth the money to clean them. His technicians that came on site were courteous and were in and out in no time. The finished result was great. Carpet looks brand new and my ducts are clear of any dust/debris.

We called Sharp to come out and clean our ducts after having our AC serviced and still seeing our filters get black quick. They came out and checked out all our ducts and gave us complete honesty that they did not need to be cleaned and it would not be worth it money wise to pay for the service at this time. They could have easily told us they needed cleaned and made a quick days work of it but we truly appreciate their honestly. They also took some time to check out or dryer vent while they were out as we thought that may be clogged. We appreciated their time and knowledge. We will be calling them again in the future for any needed services. The provided a window to show up between 10-12. We received a text at 1002 that they were on their way and they showed around 1030. They were also very up front with pricing on the phone prior to booking services with an easy to understand pricing structure. Our Techs were Tim and Ethan!
