My girlfriend and I moved into a house that previously had smokers living in it so we wanted to make sure we could get the ducts fully cleaned. Joel from Sharp came out and gave us a fair price for cleaning two branches of ductwork and treating the system to help alleviate the smoke smell. Unfortunately they aren’t able to also clean the furnaces so we had a different company out to handle that part of the work. So far we are very happy with the results!

Very disappointed with the finished product. We hired Sharp Cleaning to clean both sides of a duplex. We live on one side and the other side is vacant, recently renovated and was clean. After they cleaned the ducts on the empty side, it had a film of dust across the entire unit and in all the crevices of the brand new windows, cupboards, and on the counters and floors. We didn't see the mess right away because we don't live on that side of the duplex. Luckily the ducts on our furnished side we cleaned with a different process and didn't result in a cloud of dust. Had we know this was the service we would receive, we would not have gone with Sharp.

The owner reached out to me after I felt I had a bad experience with cleaning of my dryer vent. He sent an additional crew to recheck my dryer vent and re-do the work. I was very satisfied with his responsiveness, and the second crew explained the work they were doing. I feel assured that the vent is clean now and I appreciate his concern. The two young men he sent were professional, friendly and well groomed. I would definitely use Sharp again for vent cleaning.
