Omaha Tap House - Pepperwood

Unfortunately will not be returning to Tap House for future dining. A group of us had been to this location several times before and have always enjoyed the food and atmosphere. On the last night we went, it was a Wednesday (several months ago) and we were handed the happy hour menu when seated. The waitress made sure we saw the specials at the bottom of the page, which included a sale on wings from 3pm-6pm on Wednesday evenings. We had been seated around 4:30pm. The table ordered wings according to the advertised price and enjoyed our dinner. When the bill arrived we were confused as to why the ticket was for normal price when the wings were supposed to be at a happy hour price. We asked the waitress about it and even pointed out where the happy hour price was on the menu. She consulted the manager and eventually told us nothing could be done. We paid our ticket and left. I called to speak to the manager when I got home. I tried to explain my situation on the phone and she interrupted me halfway through claiming to "know why I was calling" and that her answer was the same - nothing could be done. I asked her why the menus on the table were advertising a false price and she told me that the Wednesday wing special was supposed to have a piece of tape over it to cross it out. Furthermore, it was MY fault that I didn't notice that something had been scratched off - her exact words were "you can clearly tell that a piece of tape was here at one point" and that I should have known that it was supposed to be there (even though it never was). She continued on to say the price of wings is too expensive and her answer was final. I asked her to please remove the menus so other people don't get blindsided like we were.

Bar staff was very polite.Ididnt eat that day but I will be back for food it looked amazing!! Great beer selection!!

I had to try this place out since its advertised local and farm fresh. Talk about great customer service and friendliness! By the time I sat down three people had already asked me how I was doing and how my day was going. What a treat! Joshua and Mike took really great care of me. They definitely went over the top with customer service they deserve a raise!😁 I like that as soon as you sit down they have a caddy full of condiments, silverware and napkins ready to go. There was so many good looking items on the menu but I had to go with the jalapeno popper Burger. The meat Patty was definitely oversized for the bun, but it wasn't greasy at all! The fries were fried perfectly crispy & crunchy. I'll definitely be back to try other things on the menu. 😊

Came here to grab a bite for my boyfriend's 30th birthday. He wasn't super excited about turning 30 so I didn't tell the waiter but the service was EXCELLENT and the food was SUPERB. I had the Sourdough and my boyfriend had the Curd burger. Everything was cooked perfect and melted in your mouth. The ranch fries are delicious and I had the onion rings which are huge, thick and have a better that almost tastes like funnel cake. Will return!!!

3150 is supposed to have peanut butter. It was difficult to find, let alone taste. Sad. Service left a little to be desired. We've had better experiences there. Not sure how soon we'll go back.

The service is great , what I love best is the waitress with her good attitude that makes every minute count plus I fell in love with the dishes 😍 …

I had heard great things about Omaha Tap House and was craving a burger like my life was dependent on it so I finally gave it a shot! I placed a to-go order for the brown sugar burger with ranch fries, Wisconsin cheese curds, and a signature burger (with the tap house sauce on the side since wasn't sure what it tasted like). The staff was very upbeat and friendly and my order was ready faster than originally projected! I would've taken photos buuuut somehow the food disappeared before I could do so. Unfortunately I didn't have the time to have a drink but the options are endless! Highly recommend and will definitely be back to sample some of those tempting adult beverages! Update: Happy Birthday to me! This time I tried the hickory burger (ranch fries again, they're too delish) AND I remembered to take photos..after I had a couple bites (sorry, not sorry). While the hickory did NOT disappoint, I think I enjoyed the brown sugar burger more. This time I was able to get a beverage and tried the karate chimp sour and it was yummy! Service was great----friendly, fast, well staffed.. Petty complaint though.. $0.99 for a small side of ranch for my daughters fries? I'll bring my own next time.

Tried the tap house for the 1st time with my wife. We were blown away with the food quality and the excellent service. Alot of different craft beers to choose from. We got the cheese curds and WOW they were great. Their craft burgers are excellent and full of flavor. We will be back again for sure.

Took a little date night and tried the Omaha Tap House, and OMG!!!! was it good. We got the Fair Style Cheese curds that were super light and fluffy and absolutely delicious. Main course was the Berry Hangover and the Jalapeño Cheddar Burger. The Jalapeño Burger was very delicious and had just the right level of spice. Super juicy and a great overall burger. The Berry Hangover was on of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Never in my life would I have thought about putting blueberries in my burger, but boy have I’ve been missing out. We will definitely be back.

Good time at the Omaha tap House. If there's a problem with your order they are good at fixing it. We had some slight issues but they resolved them. The cheese curds are my favorite. Protip: I like that they will give you samples of the beer so you can order one you like even if it's new without wasting a full cup. The samples also come in the cutest of cups. Also go during happy hour. That's when the prices make it a no brainer to go. Parking is ample in the free parking lot.
