Omaha Tap House - Pepperwood

Went on a Sunday afternoon when it wasn't too busy. I sat at the bar and got served promptly. Started with the Wisconsin cheese curds which are huge and delicious. Definitely a must try. Got a cheeseburger and fries. It was pretty good, but thought the burger was a little dry and didn't have much flavor, but it's just my opinion. I'm a picky when it comes to burgers and have a hard time in the heart of the Midwest finding a good, juicy burger. I'd probably return, but am still on a quest to find the perfect burger. Oh, the service was fantastic at this location.

Great food, great beer and great service! Had peanut butter cream cheese burger because it looked weird, but it was wonderfully tasty (and filling).

We’ve ordered take out online a few times recently and it has been seamless! So easy to order online and the food is DELICIOUS! It’s a great place to go for beers, but an even better place to grab food!

Loved the food. Service was on point. Strawberry lemonaid was the bomb. The fried pickles were amazing. Wasnt real bussy.

Great experience here, very good service and food was fantastic. The fries were a little limp though. The wings were delicious and hot. The cheese curds were enormous and over the top.

Food was good. Tried a lot of appetizers. Stuffed tater tots were my favorite. Chairs were uncomfortable. Maybe next time we will squeeze into a booth or two.

They had quite a few tap beers to choose from and they will let you taste test each one before you order. I had the hangover burger and it was very good all my food was hot and delicious. I also can very highly recommend the fried pickels and some of the cocktails my wife got the mocha tini which was very good and the banna bread tini which was delicious as well there was three of us and the food was great not super expensive either. we had 5 or 6 drinks and each had food and the price only came up to $113 will definitely be back thanks for the great experience.

I dont know where to start, we have always loved this place and thought it would be great to celebrate two birthdays, however, after dining last night, not sure we will ever be back. First we get seated and there is constant cold air blowing on us, we asked if they could shut it off while we were eating and they did not, nor did they offer to move us. My elderly mother ordered a beer but forgot to ask for the tomato juice, the waitress seemed irritated that she was requesting something else and asked rudely if there was anything else we needed in a "nice" way. Our food came out and it was mediocre and all came out separately. At the end, my adult son went to the bathroom quick, came back and asked if we wanted to be grossed out, so he proceeded to tell us there no sinks working in the Men's bathroom. There was a hand sanitizer for use. Now, I'm not a germaphobe, but come on, that's pretty gross. They should have shut down until it got fixed, or come up with a better solution. Grossed out all night after this! Shame on Omaha Tap House!

Food was okay for the west Omaha location. The server and bartender are fantastic when it comes to customer service. Went to use the bathroom and only one faucet worked. The design of the faucet and drain tho is a little odd as I could barely fit my hands below one faucet without touching the basin. The bathroom was clean.
