Omaha Marriott Downtown at the Capitol District

We reserved a block of room at the Marriott Capital District for guests at our wedding. Staff, especially Parker were extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. We also reserved a hospitality suite for the bridal party to get ready. It was a great space for breakfast, hair, and makeup! We also ordered lunch from the hotel which was delivered and set-up on time. We accidentally left a few items in the room when we left for the wedding, and the staff helped locate the items for me to pick up after we returned from our honeymoon. I would recommend as a great hotel for out of town guests and bridal parties!

Excellent Marriott. I stayed in a corner suite which was huge and having great view. Front desk reception he was so friendly and accommodating all of my needs. This is a definition of hospitality.

THE VALET AT MARRIOTT GAVE MY LAND ROVER TO SOMEONE ELSE WITHOUT AN ID OR CLAIM TICKET!!!! I’m spending thousands trying to get my car back and replace the stolen contents of my vehicle from a one-night stay at the Marriott. Save yourself the trouble, hassle, stress, and heartache and stay elsewhere with responsible employees, valet, and a respectful management team.

Everything was great about this hotel except the water pressure in the shower. We only stayed one night so it really wasn't a big deal. I loved everything else. Breakfast was delicious and our service was wonderful from front desk to servers to maid service. Decor was warm and inviting.

We shot a wedding and the couple stayed here 5/28/2022. It was a wonderfully lit hotel! -Tons of natural light and modern artistic decor. -Plenty of backdrops -Hotel was large enough that wedding party didn't have to cross paths. -Bridal suite was amazing! -Stairways made for an awesome first look location.

My husband and I stayed here for one night and had the best treatment. We woke up late therefore missing breakfast and Reese set us up! He recommended a nice breakfast/brunch place that was amazing and even sent us on the shuttle with Belinda who was such a sweet person. The hotel is nice and clean, zero noise in room, and very customer friendly. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks to all of this staff. Meleah was awesome as well 😊

First the lady that checked me in was very nice. The towels stinked . I had to get my bed changed twice because they were dirty 😒 and smells floors in room were not clean at all dirty everywhere I walked and my socks and feet were so dirty mind you this is the first day I arrived. The snacks station they have barely had anything. The people running the food and bar very rude and unwelcoming just overall not good at all. Was here for my daughter basketball tournament. Will stay at the other hotels right next door try them out instead because this was not it.

Stayed here several times. Nice facility but the water pressure here is always awful. Not sure if they have issues or trying to save water on the backs of the guests.
