Horizon Dental Center

I called first to find out if they replaced o-rings on dentures and they told me that they did. I made an appointment for a consultation as they would not give me a price over the phone. I went there today for an appointment and my old dentist was charging me $10 a piece for each o-ring and Horizon wanted $300 for $5 o-rings. And they didn't even do it in office I would have had to go to their lab to have it done. I was so angry I went to leave and ask for my personal information back and they refused to give it to me or to delete it in their system. I know for a fact that o-rings cost around $10 to make in the lab so they are marking them up so outrageously much that people can't even afford to fix their dentures. Most of us in this age range are on fixed incomes and the fact that they would take advantage of people this way is absolutely ridiculous. I would not recommend going to this conglomerate and find a local dentist that will treat you right. I happen to find one close by that will replace all five for under $100. Absolutely unethical.

The best dentist by far! Excellent customer service from everyone every time! I never thought I would love to visit the dentist! She do such a great job and you can tell she really enjoy her job. Kuddos to the whole team, this is the place to go!

Horizon dental is a fantastic facility. I have been using them for 3 years now and the service is always exceptional. They work with you to set appointments, and provide a care plan for your needs. Staff is friendly, funny and provide great information about your dental health. They do amazing work from cleanings, to cavity fillings, to full tooth removals. If you are seeking a new dentist office I highly recommend Horizon Dental.

So glad I went to Horizon. They were amazing. From the moment I walked in the door, everyone was so friendly and helpful. My previous dentist retired and am thankful I found a new dentist I trust. Definitely recommend them to anyone in need.

After a long absence from the dentist’s office, I finally faced the music and made an appointment with Horizon Dental Center. They could not have been more accommodating, friendly, and professional. Love working the front staff, Dawn has been amazing and very patience while making sure I had a clear understanding of the billing. Zero shame from the staff while being uplifting and kind. Thank you for easing my anxiousness and fear and formulating a plan for success. If i could give this place 6 stars I would, very highly recommended !!!!

Wonderful experience all around - every staff member is a joy to engage with and Dr. Lo is a kind, patient, skilled practitioner. Facility and processes are clean and bright and incredibly efficient. I will definitely be back for my dental needs.

Your new dental hygienist is great. She did a through job and her knowledge, advice, and professional, kind demeanor excellent. I will ask for her next time! The Dr also was very pleasant when reviewing the X-rays and teeth. Highly recommend.

I had such a good experience here! Loved the staff loved the dentist and the dental assistant!! It just so happened the dentist was able to do my fillings right after my initial appointment and he was just so kind and gentle. I’ve been going to the same dentist my entire life but since I moved out of state I needed to find a new place. If you have high anxiety with getting work done on your teeth, I suggest you give this place a try!
