Everyone was very welcoming and explained things in the way that make sense to you. They make you feel very confirmation.

I have found my forever dentist, Dr. Revuru and her whole team, especially her dental assistant Aurelio, she is awesome and cares so much about you as a person, from the ladies at the front desk, to her assistant and Dr. Revuru, she is the best. Thank you!

This establishment has gone downhill. Apparently lifetime value of a customer means nothing to them. My grandparents have been seeing Dr.Sheldon for 35 years with the best care. Now it seems they just take advantage of people with costly procedures that keep someone needing to return. Though returning seems to be an issue too since they can not keep their appointments straight. My daughter had an appointment only to arrive and be told the dentist was no longer there and turned her away. When asked why they didnā€™t call to let us know the appointment was canceled, the receptionist said she didnā€™t know that it was someone elseā€™s job to call patients to reschedule not hers. Looking for better care elsewhere now.

From the front desk staff to my hygienist, Carmen, and Dr. Revaru I am very pleased with Horizon Dental Center. Everyone is friendly and helpful. There have been some recent scheduling issues as things change, but it is just one of those things that we deal with in an imperfect world. Keep up the good work.

Great dentist! My previous dentist gave me a filling on my canine, fell out after a couple of months. Went back and they retried, but it fell out again after a few weeks. Both times the fillings had a part that stuck out. No point to try again with them, you only get a couple of times to drill out a tooth. Searched Google for a good dentist and found Horizon was highly rated. Even before the procedure was completed I felt they were doing much better than my previous dentist had. And once it was completed and I was able to see it I was relieved that it turned out so well. Iā€™m so glad I found Horizon, Iā€™ll gladly drive across the city to keep going here.

The dentist and techs are absolutely amazing! Their dedication to providing exemplary dental care goes over and above! The staff is incredibly courteous, friendly and knowledgeable! I actually do not dread going to the dentist anymore!

I was a patient here for 35+ years, and Dr. Sheldon was great. But then he retired, and not sure what happened. My first 6-month check-up post-Sheldon went fine. A month later, I cracked a molar, but they got me in and took care of it. However, the new dentist that's there now made an odd comment...something like, "if you get a crown, then you can use it in the few years you have left." (what?) Then, my second 6-month post-Sheldon came due, and I got a text at the last minute saying my hygienist had left and call to reschedule. I did, and they put me out another 6 months. so that 6 month went by, and I got the same text at the last minute: hygienist quit, call for an appt. I did, and it was another 6 months before they could see me. I did not schedule again and had to find another dentist. So, today I got a text saying, "good news, we hired a new hygienist. call for an appt". It's been almost 2 years since I've been there. Dang!

The office staff at Horizon Dental is rude and unprofessional. I called Thursday to get back to Dawn on some information we were discussing. When I called and Lexi answered, she told me Dawn was off but that she was aware of my entire conversation with Dawn and could help. It turns out Lexi couldnā€™t help and she told me she would get back to me today. Today she texted me and didnā€™t answer the questions I asked. I asked her to call me because it seemed she was confused about the conversation we had the day before. She didnā€™t call me, but rather sent me another text message that still did not answer my question. I called Horizon Dental and Lexi answered the phone. I asked if she was the person who had been texting me today (since there was no signature in the text). She told me there were 2 Lexis who work at the front desk and I had been texting with a ā€œdifferent Lexiā€ who was busy, but that she, Lexi 2 , could help me. A few minutes later Lexi 2 told me that she is actually both Lexi 1 and Lexi 2 and that she is the person who had been texting me. This was almost laughable but I didnā€™t really find it funny. It was completely rude, unprofessional and unpleasant. The whole thing was very, very bizarre. She never actually answered my question - but kept insisting that she did. After several minutes she was finally able to produce an answer that was coherent. I can only assume this job is way out of her element and sheā€™s in over her head. In her utter confusion she also tried to insinuate that I wanted to commit insurance fraud. I realize she is simply not capable of doing her job - nor does she understand the basics about insurance. She refused to let me explain to her how my insurance works and instead became angry, aggressive and unprofessional It was incredibly insulting. She also stated, very rudely, that Iā€™ve asked too many questions since becoming a patient there (2 weeks ago). Lexi should learn to ask more questions. I bet it would make her better at her job - if sheā€™s at all interested in that. Go to Horizon Dental if you want to be insulted and humiliated. I donā€™t know if the good dentists at Horizon Dental are aware their front office staff is rude, or if thatā€™s the culture at Horizon Dental. Dawn at the front desk has a firm grasp on what sheā€™s doing and I regret she was off the day I called back to give her updated information that we had discussed the previous day. Unfortunately, I had to deal with Lexi - who thinks sheā€™s 2 different people and also thinks she knows everything- when in fact she knows very little. I would encourage that whoever owns this place listen to the recorded telephone calls that I made to your office and not simply rely on this very accurate review.

I needed to see the doctor because of discomfort. My appointment was the same day! We came up with a sound solution.
