The staff was very helpful to a Sr. Female traveling alone. They explained the park and fly feature so that i was comfortable with the perk. The van was clean and the driver were polite and Friendly. I have already recommended this hotel to several of my friends.

Reservations issue, able to find room but charged more otherwise I enjoyed my stay the hotel was extremely clean. Breakfast was amazing! I really liked being able to stay at a hotel that is clean and comfortable and still go to the casino. Now a days casino hotels are overpriced and nasty so I loved being able to stay at the holiday inn

The person at desk was friendly and quick at check in. The room was greasy and clean upon entering. The beds were comfortable and we had a good nights sleep after traveling. Breakfast the next morning was really good with different choices …

Excellent care given by staff, nice pool area, great for all ages. Room floor could have been a little cleaner. Comfortable bed. We had a king suite and we appreciated the “2-room” layout. Breakfast choice was good and staff kept it well-stocked even though it was really busy when we were there.

The hotel itself, while a little dated, was very clean. My bathtub had scratches with rust on the bottom which was odd. Bed was very comfortable and the view of the river was terrific. The front desk staff wasn't engaging at all, didnt …

Had a river view room, the kids loved seeing the river. The hotel is attached to a casino and near a river so it is a bit damp and smells of smoke, but is clean and we enjoyed our stay. Much of the hotel (doors, baseboards, elevator walls) is not in the best of shape with paint and wallpaper peeling, but again clean and acceptable place to sleep. Also, free breakfast that includes eggs and the thinnest crispiest bacon I have ever seen (in a good way).

When we got there. We had amazing and quick service even though they had multiple people in line. Breakfast was honestly super fantastic for a hotel. Like we plan on staying there for future visits. And THEN they also mailed me stuff back without question. Super nice and kind about all of it. I’ve never left a review before this. But I was that impressed. Good job holiday inn council bluffs!! Thank you for making a great trip for us.

Checking in was a breeze. Front desk personnel was pleasant. Inside the room was absolutely not acceptable. We traveled from WA state for a family trip and this was the most disgusting hotel of the trip. Sheets were nasty, pillow had mascara and pink lipstick on it, other people’s long hair on them. Bath wouldn’t drain for the life of me, it was filling up fast showering and we felt gross showering in it. Kids running on the hallway late but that of course isn’t the hotel’s fault that much, makeup on sheets that were supposed to be clean is! First and last time staying at Holiday Inn.

Great spot for a night or two. The room was awesome. Nice and clean. Comfortable as well besides a little air leak with the heater (was about 10° out) so when the heater wasn't running it was chilly at times. Had problems with one of the TVs but we weren't really there for that anyways. Soap was high quality. Doors are loud. Very loud so people coming and going will disturb you at times. The only downside that really made any difference with my stay was the closing time of the local restaurants (not directly tied to this hotel but a direct source for booze or food besides driving). Seems very early considering how late the Casino is open.

We stayed here for one night. It's very easy to get to if you are someone who enjoys that convenience. The hotel is smaller, and could use a little cleaning in public spaces such as the stairwell or other points of entry. Pool was small with no hot tub but perfect if kids just want to burn off some energy. Breakfast was what you'd expect from a Holiday Inn. Staff were nice, room was clean. However the shower never got cold. It was only VERY hot, which I don't think was user error! Overall, our stay was adequate, but wasn't anything special.
