Great stay overall. Clean room and bed and extremely welcoming staff. The bathroom was nice except the doors seemed a little old.

The room was what I would have expected from a more expensive hotel. Great amenities and easy access on and off the freeway. Breakfast was the usual but it was well stocked and everything seemed fresh, as fresh as readymade food can be. Been an IHG member for years and they do not disappoint.

Everything was great. Remote for tv was a little sketchy. Pillows could be more like a nice hotel pillow instead of a flat one. Every IHG I’ve been to the pillows are all the same way. Makes it hard to get comfortable for a good nights rest.

Great stay, bonus that the property is attached to the neighboring casino and I left with more money than I came with! Bed was very comfy and staff attentive to guests needs. Property is modern and inviting.

Forgive my oversight for not rating this hotel before. Stayed here several times over the years. Overlooking the road construction it is a great stay. Location and staff makes this a great stay.

The hotel staff greeted us and made for an easy and smooth check in and check out process. If we needed anything or had any questions they were more than happy to accommodate us or help us with what we needed. The view of the river was an added bonus. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

Shared parking lot with casino, no parking close to entrance... Snow cover lot - unplowed after storm past. Doors slam shut all night... Lots of hallway noice. Dated rooms with maintenance needs... Ceiling in bathroom needs repaired, plumbing lose in shower and remote for tv very worn.

We stayed ror 5 days and never received maid service. The room was never cleaned. The garbage was never taken away. We were told that we would get transportation and from a wedding. Then they would not bring us back. We live 2 states waay. Dont stay here.

My husband I loved the location of the hotel. We were given a room with a view and woke up every morning to such beauty! We really enjoyed our stay! Our room was very clean and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
