Great Clips

I love Great Clips. Can't beat a 16$ haircut, never had a bad one, the staff is always friendly and I'm almost always in and out in like 10-20 minutes. Love it.

I had checked in online as I do most times. It gave me a time of 7 minutes this time. When I arrived 7 minutes later the girl told me it would be an additional 22 minutes! I noted that there were 4 people waiting, which meant that they walked in after I had checked in online. Since I arrived after them she was bumping me! I had been dedicated to Great Clips, starting in Denver, as far back as 1986! They obviously have gone down hill since! My advice find a salon with better customer service.

I got a very good haircut, but was taken aback when my hair stylist rang me up, which was 15.00. I gave her a 20 dollar bill, but instead of giving me the 5 back, she just walked away with it? Is this something new I'm not aware of? I thought it was up to the customer on whether to tip or not?

I had pretty long hair and I was cutting it into a bob. I checked in at 745pm and they closed at 9. I was the only one there with 2 hair stylist. The guy was just doing men and the woman was cutting my hair. They got pretty busy in the hour I was there. She started rushing my hair cut and it turned out absolutely terrible. My bob is not even a bob my hair is even all the way around. She asked if I wanted layers I told her only a few and she put a ton and they aren't even blended. When I called to see if they would fix it, they told me the manager wasn't there to call back at a different time and hung up. I called again a few days later at a different time a day and still no manager. I will never go back to great clips. Again!! This is the second time I've had an issue I thought I would give them another try since the stylist I seen last time was no longer employed there. You're better off going to the hair schools. They do a better job!!!

The atmosphere is soooo nice and friendly!! I didn't know great clips hours have changed & I arrived 9 minutes before closing. They still took me in and trimmed my hair. No rushing went on. My hair looks better than ever!! Thank you Great clips!!!

This Great Clips location is the best in Omaha bar none. Receiving the cut and style you're looking for is never a problem and every stylist is talented. I would recommend that you use their app to check in because it gives you an estimated wait time and it will save your place in line. You should never have a bad experience here.

Most people don't have anything good to say about Great Clips. I think it's a great place that is affordable when it comes to getting your hair cut. I've been going to Lola for about 4 years now. Never had she messed up a hair cut. I would highly recommend her, and this is coming from someone that is extremely picky when it comes to getting my hairs cut!

Decent cheap haircuts for kids and people with "easy to manage" hair.

I've been going to this location for years. The last two times, most recently a few days ago, Roderick has been my stylist. I have gotten numerous compliments on my hair this last time. He is such a personable guy as well. I love getting my hair cut already, but he makes it all that much more enjoyable! I just wanted him to know how appreciated he is!

Don't waste your time they act like they don't even want you there. I've been going there for 3 years and the new stylist ate horrible at the one on 72nd
