Great Clips

For those asking: Masks were still required when I went. There are fewer chairs inside and several outside to observe social distancing. Also for those asking: How does wearing a mask work while getting a haircut? All you have to do is hold it in place over your mouth and nose when they clip around your ear. Once they finish around one ear, you can strap it back on to that side and loosen it around the other when necessary. Easy-peasy.

Not too talkative but they got me in and out and I was satisfied with my hair

Been here a couple of times, and Alisia does a great job with my hair. Trisha however is terrible. She hurriedly cut my hair and did a poor job with the line up. She was in a rush to get me out of the door and after I complained she told me I was blowing it out of proportion. I will recommend only because I go there often but stay away from Trisha.

Normally go to Sport Clips, but this time decided to tried "Great" Clips since they were closer. As soon as I set on the chair I have realized that it was a huge mistake. It didn't even take the guy 4 minutes for what they call a haircut. The haircut experience was literally "painful", the employee didn't give a single though to work he was performing. He also left some spots. The worst is that I am supposed to have an interview the next day. Basically it ruined my day! I wish Google had a half a star rating option, which the place actually deserves.

When I am asked, "How much do you want off?" And I say, "No more than a half an inch", that doesn't mean that's how much I want left after it's cut! I only went to get the top of my hair trimmed and feathered. Its so short now that it has no choice but to stick straight up. Then he thought he should texturize/notch it too? Now, what doesn't stick up, has little chunks out of it, especially when I try to comb it down, like I told him I did sometimes. So, now what? I cant brush it back cause it sticks straight up and I can't comb it down as bangs...well because I don't like my bangs at the very top of my forehead with chunks missing! Curling Iron? Nope, there's nothing there to get around a curling iron. I've had my hair like this for years, very simple cut, so I know how to style it - If there was anything there left to style! Should look great for my interview tomorrow! ---NOT! It's horrible!! He needs to spend less time being full of himself and more time into what he's doing! Now, from that I'm sure, you know who the person was so I won't have to mention his name.

I needed a haircut for Easter. It was Saturday April 20 and I was running about 20 minutes late because of road construction and traffic delays. I arrived at Great Clips at 4:58 pm according to my cell phone. A snobbish young man informed me they were closed. I explained that I am a "quick" haircut and it would only take 5 minutes. (I am a "no guard" haircut that literally takes 5 minutes). He insisted they close at 5:00. Ridiculous! I have been a loyal customer for years. No more. I will find another barber shop.

If there was a zero star I would give that. I went in for a simple haircut. She was complaining about going on break the whole time she cut my hair, it was by far the worst experience I have ever had. She rushed and destroyed my hair and I will NEVER go back. Very unfortunate because under the old management everything ran smooth and I was impressed. Sense the last manager left it seems like every time I go in (every other week until now) there are brand new employees or employees barrowed from other stores. Again I do not recommend going here.

I did the online check in but still had to wait. I requested the woman that did a perfect style last summer (thinking she would do it the same) but she cut it WAY too short! The previous stylist did a poor job also. I will rethink returning here.

Sat here for 1 hour with 2 people in front of me because only 1 person was working before I finally got back. 3 employees in the back doing nothing, and 1 guy that has the sole responsibility of checking people in. Hair cut was decent but wait was ridiculous with the people just sitting in back.

Didn't have current hours posted on the internet so wasted gas going on a Thursday to find it closed.
