GO TO KAITLYN!! She is so amazing and did a wonderful job. She got my hair EXACTLY how I wanted it to look!!!! She is so nice and really takes her time to make sure she is making your vision come to life. She also gives fantastic tips on how to keep your hair happy and healthy. From kaitlyn to the front desk staff, my whole experience at Garbos was amazing!

I got my hair cut by Ashley, and I love it! I am super picky with my hair, so I was surprised at how much I loved my haircut. She was super friendly and accommodating for me because I am deaf with Cochlear Implants. I will definitely be getting my hair cut by her from now on! The rest of the staff were also very friendly, upbeat, and professional. I enjoyed how welcoming the salon as a whole was.

I wanted to update my review from a 1 Star to a 5 Star. Thank you Darcy for genuinely caring about the customer experience and for pairing me with a stylist who is extremely knowledgeable about hair color and who was able to fix my hair and get it blended until my next real appt. I'm so excited to go back for my next appointment. I'll post new pics after my next appt so people can see what a great job the stylist did. I've tried 3 different stylists at this location and, even though they claimed to have training and are good with color, it wasn't the case. Attached are pictures. The one where I'm smiling is what my hair looked like until I started going to Garbo's. The other two are my last experience. They weren't able to blend my highlights, get my color right, and in sections, there was over processing of the highlights. That's why it looks like I have a wing on the side of my head. There was no blending and my hair is a mess. I tried going back for color correction but they said no stylists available to help but I could go to another location. I am now looking for a new salon and will NEVER go back here.

Courtney L. has been doing my hair for over a year now. She does a great job! Always listening to my ideas and concerns. She colors my grey, highlights, and cuts my hair. When I was interested in a smoothing service she doesn’t perform, she had no issues referring me to AND coordinating services with one of her colleagues. She has also cut my boyfriend’s hair. He wanted a completely new hairstyle. I was nervous, but she pulled it off and he looked SO handsome. Most important to me, Courtney is genuine. She truly cares about people, easpecially her clients.

All I got was a haircut but my hair feels so fresh and clean. A stranger actually came up to me at the store and complimented my hair after leaving this salon. Thanks for taking care of me 😊 …

My hair stylist was Malloree and she was just amazing as was all of Garbo's . A very friendly, helpful place. I left there feeling taken care of and hust great

Whoever Nina is, thank you for doing such a great job on my daughters hair. You did a wonderful job; her hair looked amazing when she came home last night!

I will give a 3 star since I am torn as to whether to give a 5 start or 1 star. My Massage was Amazing! Facial and Pedi were Also Amazing! My disappointment lies with the person who scheduled my "Queen for a Day". And Management since this young lady was not properly trained. I was not informed they do not have this package any more amd as for the "special Gift" this part was no longer available? I never did recieve that part of the package, that was paid for. They did order my lunch but i did not receive it until after my services at 2:45pm (who can eat that late and close to dinner? I had to take it to go since my services were completed). This was to be a day of complete Pampering and Relaxing. I was to have a Massage, Facial, Mani and Pedi with Lunch served while having the Pedi. I was unable to get the Mani at all since I was not told they have no way to remove "Dip" nail polish. My experience with Katherine (facial an Pedi) and Monica ( massage) were Amazing. Just wish I would have felt less stressed about the experience. Or even told the package was no longer something they did. This was a Gift from my Husband and Daughter...they knew momma needed a Me day...I made the best out of it...but overall...Disappointment! For the price of the Package....They should be held to a higher standard.

After 7 years of salon hopping and really getting around I almost lost hope.I walked in with fried, brassy, multicolored hair that was still holding traces of the pandemic in it. I walked out with a gorgeous ash brown and beautiful blonde head of hair and what a difference it made in my self esteem! Thank you Eileen, you are a treasure.

I asked for highlights and to brighten up my hair a bit. At first I thought it turned out great, but as soon as I got home and looked closer I noticed the roots of my hair were patchy, orange tone. Also the lower half of my hair was a different tone than my upper and I could see where the difference split. I called back and explained and was scheduled for a root retouch. I showed her the orange roots and she agreed that yea we needed to fix that and also the bottom of my hair. She used a toner and then was drying me off to style my hair when I looked closer and saw that it was STILL orange tone at the roots! I think if I wouldn't have said anything again she would have just pretended it was fixed, that's one part that really bothered me, she clearly saw that she hadn't fixed the issue and waited for me to say something. So then again she said she would try to fix it by this time doing a root smudge. After doing the root smudge, she said it was fixed and it looked better , by then it was getting late and I had to leave with wet hair. Finally getting home and although the roots look better than what they were I still see patches of orange roots and since she darkened the roots with a similar color of my natural hair it has this weird tone to it. Also my top hair after the toner is just looking weird. I also think that I have more highlights on one side of my head than the other, have dark spots I feel like more on one side. I feel bad writing this because as a person the stylist was very nice and I really liked talking with her, that's why I went back to her to fix it but now it was a big waste of time and I feel a big waste of money for something that looks terrible. My hair does not look professionally done.
