Went there for dinner with the family. Everyone enjoyed the food and we had good service. We weren't able to do reservations online for 7 people but they were still willing to accommodate us.

My very favourite dessert on my birthday, tiramisu. The place was busy that day. I had my dinner in rush not fancy coz the place was very crowded on valentinesday2019 The taste of tiramisu was also ok, but it has sugar crystals not blended in well.. a bit disappointed with it. Also the waitress didn’t give me time to eat my pasta. Every time she comes, she asks if she can get a box.. I understand it was a busy time but I only had a spoon of my main course. The reason to give 3 is that the food was ok and place is also fine but the service is just ok. Also, they do not have a lot of options with respect to chicken or veggies.

I recently found out I have a dairy allergy. I called and asked if they had an allergen menu. They did not but they were able to get me in touch with the manager in a few minutes and he was very helpful. When my mom picked up the order he asked if ours was the dairy free meal and it also said dairy free on the bag. I will definitely continue to order from them!

It's very rare for me to share a review. My wife and I recently went to Bravo and their food was poor. It's my own fault. I've been there three times now with similar results. This time I ordered the Chicken Parm and it wasn't tasty at all. Olive Garden runs circles around their dish. The pasta was drenched in oil (grease) and cheese. It's obvious it all came from a frozen bag. In addition, it didn't even come with a salad for 24 bucks! There won't be a fourth time for me.

WOW ! Probably the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. The manager who is visiting from Pennsylvania was FANTASTIC. She seated me, got my beverage for me, brought me bread and took my order. She went above and beyond. Now, let's talk about the food. I ordered a long pasta, NO pasta spoon. Server dropped off my food and walked away. I was not offered fresh grated cheese, she NEVER came back to asking there was anything else that I needed or if my food was satisfactory. I had to get up and get my own togo box, had to ask a District Manager who happened to be in that day for my bill. This was the first time in about 4.5 years that I had been to Bravo ! and it will be my last time. Jerrica, you could have easily gotten a $10.00 tip on a $20.00 meal but I only have you $2.00 which was a stretch to give to you. Get off your phone and pay attention, it's your job. I was the ONLY PATRON IN THE ENTIRE RESTAURANT.

When we entered the restaurant, the hostess took her time to greet and seat us. There was no smile or politeness, she just seemed stiff. She was all smiles with other people though, and glaring at us when walking by. The waitress was fantastic though and very nice. The food was yummy and came out in a pretty good time. I don't know if I would go back due to the hostess behavior but they have good dessert and soup.

The food was good. Nothing to complain about really. Only wish for a bit more consistency in the pasta doneness.
