Bravo! Italian Kitchen

Ordered Calimari, none provided. Both pizzas were burned pretty badly. Only the chicken alfredo and Fra Diavollo were decent. Called them after getting home and they offered to remake the order (high risk of even being worse) or send a gift card for the full order amount. We opted for the latter which came 2 weeks later and was for $25... about $40 short of our order and less than the cost of the pizzas and calimari. Bravo failed. I think the salad was supposed to be the calimari... and it was a cheap salad made with the scrap, yellow parts of the lettuce.

Wife and I had dinner on Christmas Evening. Place was extremely crowded, but even though they were very short on help, we had a great meal. Chicken Marsala was DELICIOUS!!! The only mistake they made was taking too many reservations. When making reservations, make sure you ask if there will be a wait anyway. When we arrived 7 minutes before our reservation, we were told there would be a 45 minute wait anyway. So we sat at the bar and the bartender took GREAT care of us. All in all, it was a good experience. THANKS!!!

My family and I dined her this past week. We enjoyed a lot about dinning at Bravo in Omaha. The spinach & artichoke dip was a great 1st choice. I would recommend giving that a try. We ordered the lobster bisque but unfortunately never received it. I believe our server was a bit new. He was very friendly and nice. There were just a few things that he didn't do. My wife and I ordered a steak. We never received a steak knife. I ask for one once but after a few minutes went a head and tried our sides. As they were a little bit cold already, we decided to try and use our butter knife. The steak was so tender that the butter knife worked. I enjoyed the food even though it wasn't hot. We will differently give Bravo another try next time we are in the mood for some Italian cuisine.

Truthfully so heartbroken that yet again Bravo is taking a turn for the worse. If they are going to serve dishes as I received today, they honestly should have stayed closed. I was a very loyal customer and have noticed a severe and increasingly worsening decline in food quality, food service, management and overall atmosphere in the last 2 months. I even tried calling, and to no surprise, “no one was available to speak to me”…unfortunately, you have lost (like many others) another valued Loyal customer. Hopefully in the future, the corporation can figure out how to successfully run this business. The Diablo is something I order at least a couple times a month and even sometimes a week. The host even told me the manager made it as she handed it to me…it had rotini noodles, no flavor, and none of the pepper chili flakes. Normally, during my lunch break I get this item and it’s amazing, and this is now the second time in a row I have received such poor service. This was the last straw (great management)

Awesome waiter and staff. Food was amazing! Cooked perfectly. Fast service. We didn't go without anything and tipped our waiter well. Thank you for the first of many visits, Bravo!

I loved the appetizers more than my main dish! We had ravioli and shrimp and both were excellent!

Bravo to Bravo! Enjoyed a very nice lunch there today. Thanks for having us! Lobster Bisque soup was so good. The olive oil mix for bread almost made me spoil my lunch! Pizza was perfect for two. Good job folks!

Food was absolutely amazing. The chocolate lava cake was small but perfect dessert size. Alfredo was creamy. The salad had feta cheese and spices that added great flavors. We also ordered the pepperoni flat bread appetizer. It would make a great meal for a child. It was super delish! My daughter and I split a spaghetti and meatballs. The meatballs were huge!

Food was delicious and made to order just the way I wanted it, pricing was decent and great location with patio space. Service from the waiter was okay but could have better. Overall though, I'd come back and give them another chance on the service part.

Haven't been here, so I wanted to try it out. I came around 3 for lunch on a Thursday. I was immediately greeted by Heather who was my server. She answered all my questions gracefully and I feel like she went above and beyond to help me decide what I wanted to eat. The chef had his soup of the day which was potato soup. I couldn't decide between that and wedding soup so Heather asked for a sample and he even garnished it for me. 😊 It was really good and flavorful! Definitely try it! I guess I still had my heart set on something light and not so heavy, so I went with the wedding soup. They may have been shorthanded, just by a little conversation I overheard, but that did not affect the service or the food. Seems like they are working hard to give the best food and service despite recent reviews.👌I will definitely be back! ❤️ Thank you Heather for being amazingly awesome! 😎🤙
