Service and cleaning was so terrible. I canceled in the first few minutes of cleaning in the chair. They still charged me and wouldn't let it go. Plenty of other dental places out there to choose from. Within a few minutes of here.

They advertise emergency dental, however, you have to schedule the next earliest appointment no matter what. Had a temporary crown put on that is unsurfaced and ridged on the sides scratching my tongue. Unfortunately, I did not notice the discomfort until the numbing wore off. The day following placement (A Friday) the temporary crown came off as I was brushing my teeth. This was never advised against. I was only told to avoid hard and sticky/chewy things. Tried calling several times and line kept disconnecting when selecting option 2. Called again Saturday and was told I could come in Tuesday...4 days of being unable to eat and possible pain and discomfort. I can say without a doubt they don't care about the patient expirence or comfort...Will be canceling other treatment and going elsewhere once the permanen tcrown is placed.

Same day appt., kind & courteous. Very helpful, worked with my Ins. on my way to a full set of dentures. I have been without dentures for more than 8 yrs. Thank you Aspen Dental, see you again on Monday.

Today I went into aspen dental with the fear of them having to pull my very broken/infected tooth. They were very kind and professional. Helped me figure out an action plan to save the tooth and set me up for a plan of success. They also didn’t charge me for my consult or xrays just the work that I will be receiving which is AMAZING! I was a walk-in at 9:30am, and I didn't expect miracles. I figured I would be lucky if I got a chance to speak to a doctor for a consultation. Not only did they get me in for a consultation, they even scheduled my filling for that afternoon! I have always had an excellent experience with your company until today. I had an unpleasant conversation with Megan and I advised her that we were on a conference call with my insurance company. I explained the reason for my call, she then proceeded to ask us to repeat the issue. When we repeated the issue and her tone lacked empathy and she proceeded to quote your company’s policy. I explained to her that I am unaware of the company’s policy and her tone was extremely condescending the lack of empathy was absolutely stunning. She refused to turn the conversation around and unfortunately, I am stuck in the middle with the company’s process. I did, however, contact the corporate office and got my issue resolved very quickly and I also filed a formal complaint against Megan. I will continue to do business with your company, however, I have to give a low rating due today’s treatment.

Made my appointment very last minute due to insurance change coming up, and they were able to get me in really quickly and actually filled my cavities the same day! Dr. Akkoseoglu did my fillings extremely well. I had no pain with the fillings, thanks to Dulce the dental hygienist who gave me the Novocain shots! 10/10. Will go here again!

I really don't love going to the dentist but this team made it so welcoming and pleasant. It was my first time here and if you're a new patient your first exam/x-rays is free! They even have financing options to make it more affordable! Definitely sticking with them!

I had such a great first experience at Aspen Dental! I was seen very quickly and the doctors were extremely kind. They did not dismiss my pain. My concerns were addressed and explained in a clear manner. The facility was also relaxing and exceptionally clean.

I have not been to the dentist in years and I was definitely afraid to go. They made me feel so comfortable and reassured me of everything and let me know what was next. Also the cleanliness was unbelievable. The girl who took the x-rays after she was done with everybody I was washing her and she wiped everything off I was highly impressed and I'm definitely going to go back and highly recommend them.
