Felt tricked and pressured into receiving dental work when at the time I had no insurance and really could not afford it.

1st visit was great, the staff was great however they had computer problems, I spoke to dentist, got some meds and was to come back in a week to have tooth pulled to my understanding, get here to find out my appointment is to talk about financial services. Oh and now they can squeeze me in later today and act like there doing me a favor. They blew up my phone with emails. Trust me I wont be back, couldn't tell you how good the dentist is because there to busy running my bill up with unnecessary visits.

The check-in girl Kaitlin was very rude to my mother and made her feel badly for not being able to afford to pay today— infront of other patients. The new office manager Amanda saw something was wrong and took us aside privately to go over our financial options, she made us feel much better and made us feel wanted at her office. I would’ve refused to go back to Aspen if the check in girl was my only option today. had the manager not stepped in you would’ve lost business.

Only reviewing because they spam you daily with emails to review them after your visit. Would give a five star, but besides the email spam their "computers weren't working correctly". So they wanted to charge me for my fluoride even though my insurance covers it. Instead of waiting for them to figure out their computers I passed on the fluoride. I would assume checking insurance coverages is a multiple times a day task, so I don't know what the issue could've been.

I’m absolutely livid with this place. They are extremely unprofessional and unethical. I called to schedule a cleaning and told them I didn’t have insurance and the front desk lady told me that I’d get a free exam and X-rays and the cleaning would be 70 dollars. I drive 45 mins to get to the place and they tell me that they cannot get a cleaning done. Why did they not call me? They tried to charge me for the X-rays and I didn’t even get them done. They are absolutely ridiculous. I will be complaining to BBB about them. They also acted like they didn’t care which made me even more livid. DO NOT GO to this dental place

The dental assistant Kerry was so friendly!! The dental hygienist Dulce was so nice and easy to talk to! Dr. Sinan Akkoseoglu did a great job explaining my x-rays and treatment plan. The office manager Amanda was so cheerful and explained the insurance process to me in a super understandable way. Great office. Great people.

Professional reception. They attended me right away. I just called and asked to be seen 30 min prior to my visit. The place was clean. Everyone wore masks. There were only 2 waiting chairs (that I saw). The chairs were apart on opposite sides of the waiting room. The x-rays were quick, the dentist was also prompt, knew what I needed. Got a prescription for antibiotics for my tooth infection. I was able to go back to work right away. An appointment was made for follow-up. Great service and atmosphere. I would recommend this Aspen Dental location to family and friends.
