The service was very slow, and when our food arrived, it was barely warm. We also requested a refill on a “bottomless” drink and didn’t receive it.

Was a good stop off the hwy. I had not been to one for awhile. It was good like I remember. The staff was friendly. The boy at the host stand was informative and fun to talk to.

So disgusting. Bathrooms seem like they haven’t been cleaned in a couple YEARS. salad bar was messy, and very nasty. Short staffed. Manager looks like a crackhead. Very sad. Used to love ruby tuesday ! Such a waste of money. Don’t stop here!! Keep moving down I-80 you’ll come across something better. And safer.

Food was good, service was not great unfortunately. Just disorganized and not well grouped for the ability of the wait staff. One had all the tables ( not great at her job);and others had few ( could have taken more.

Update...I received a call in less than 24 hours with a sincere apology. The person I spoke to said they will speak to everyone because the food and service we received was NOT up to standard. Hopefully they get things fixed quickly. …

We ate with our family of five on Sunday for our sons birthday. We left very full. They were kinda busy and we had to ask a couple different times for refills.

A great place to stop for a meal, whether you’re a North Platte native or pulling off the interstate! Aili has always been wonderful as both a server and a bartender, very attentive to needs like refills and checking in to make sure everything is going okay.

Cassie is a wonderful server. I hope she s a trainer. I have worked as a waitress and a supervisor at restaurants in the past. I have also been a mystery shopper for 10 years, but not currently. I asked for suggestions she delivered spot on. Cheerful with all guests, staff, and a person who showed up early for an interview.
