Ruby Tuesday

Ordered a salad and kids chicken fingers > 1 hr wait only to have the order canceled. Called to ask if they could put croutons on the side and had the check with manager. Plenty of other better places in town suggest avoiding this one.

Ya know, it's the little things. First, I've eaten here twice within the past week. Ordered takeout both times. Every single team member has been friendly and helpful. Thank you. Also, I ordered a steak by itself and two green sides. The kitchen put some of my side order in with the steak so it wouldn't look so lonely in it's little container. Very well done. I wish there were more RT's still around. We need one in Saint Joseph, MO!

The only reason we stop at any Ruby Tuesday is for their salad bar. We really enjoy the variety, from the various types of lettuce, vegetables and toppings. The only issue I have, and it's a big one, is there is never a lot of flavor in anything. Example would be the broccoli salad - it's just bland. Even the onions on the salad bar don't have very much flavor. In general though, the variety of options is fantastic enough to make a okay meal, and the service is always friendly and fast.

Below average food and low food quality. The only reason to eat here is the salad bar, and that's $12.00 👌 Nothing you order off the menu will look anything like the picture that's on the menu. Cheap quality food at a price that you could get much better food elsewhere. Would not recommend at all.

Ate twice here, going out on our trip, and coming back a week later. I love the salad bar which I ate both times. Ordered and ate the coconut shrimp going out, and the barbeque plate coming back both times were a great experience eating on the road. Great service.

The salad bar was really good. Not the best I've had at a Ruby's but above average. The place was rather cold. Our waitress was excellent. We had the 2 for $24 deal which made our appetizer free. I would probably choose to eat here again on a warmer day.

Not somewhere I will go again. Food was ok, but the margaritas was so full of salt, we couldn't drink them, even after I asked for light salt and try not to get salt in the drink. When I told our server, she said I'm sorry, but didn't take the almost full drinks and get us another one. Plus, I still had to pay full price even though we only drank about 1/4 of it. I don't want anything for free, but I felt the right thing to do was to either give us a new drink or not charge us for the bad drinks.

Server did an awesome job! Food was absolutely horrible. I added a picture of my food compared to what I actually got. I only received 3 ribs for a half rack of rib. The chicken strips were really hard and over cooked. The whole plate was just awful. I do not recommend.

This was my first time eating at any Ruby Tuesday, and it seems like I had a better experience than most of the other people reviewing here. My server was very nice and I ordered the spicy burger (the one with jalapeños, melted cheese, and pico de gallo). It was decent and very filling. No real complaints from me!
