Only complaint was getting our "points". We regularly stay at HI Express when we travel. But staff told us she could find no record of us EVER staying at any HI Express. Oh well, onward we go. Room and common areas were clean. Room was comfortable. Great bedding etc. Rested well.

Stayed 1 night, right after a major snow storm. There is nearby tractor trailer parking. The hotel has easy access to I80 and plenty locations nearby to eat at, even Walmart is close. Room was very clean and up to date. Staff was friendly, overall I am super satisfied with my stay, highly recommend!

Wow, this room was SPACIOUS. At least 150% bigger than a typical queen standard room. Beds were comfy and everything was clean and works well. Plus SO MANY OUTLETS! And a dimmer lamp! (That was maybe also a place to plug-in international plugs?)

Arrived after a long day on the road with family. Requested connecting rooms and was very happy with the new, clean accommodations! The rooms were comfortable and quiet! Breakfast hit the spot and we were off and running in the morning for another day of travel. We felt renewed and refreshed!

We visited Ogallala to attend a wedding and rented two rooms. One for our elderly father. The front desk clerk, Jean, was wonderful. We got him an accessible room on the ground floor. He was very comfortable and loved the bountiful breakfast buffet. This is a very nice property with an indoor pool and a nice gym. We were all quite pleased. Thank you so much!
