The hotel cleanliness left much to be desired. The elevator chrome was dirty and had hand prints all over it. The front desk staff was rude when we got there at 1 am and were tired. The beds were very uncomfortable which is odd at a HIE. The room was dirty. Would not stay here again.

Great hotel to stay at. The rooms are quite spacious. There was lots of room in the double queen room. The breakfast was warm, fresh, and delicious. A great hotel all around!

The most comfortable hotel beds we have ever slept in. A great nights sleep. Good coffee, which is very important for my wife, hot breakfast with quite a few choices and a very friendly, helpful staff. Easy check in and check out. Great place!

Very nice hotel. We arrived with no reservation & she was very friendly to get us set very quickly. Room was very nice & clean. Breakfast was very good, lots of choices.

Great hotel, great staff, clean rooms, and the laundry room was a plus for those that are staying for more than a month at a time. The breakfast choices were outstanding. There was always plenty for food out and hot!

As an ex-road warrior, I have logged hundreds of nights in hundreds of hotels. This hotel is easily among the top five hotels I have ever stayed at. Spotlessly clean. Completely quiet. Friendly, professional, efficient staff.

beds, mattress,pillows all first class the manager went out of her way to take care of us. Best IHG property I have been in for awhile. Restaurants nearby and all amenities were very good.

Great place to stay. Clean, wonderful people (I'm looking at you Kayla and Jean!), Great brekkie and even free nibbles and drinks in the evening! Pet friendly, too.

Greeted with friendly staff. Recognized as a Elite member right from the start. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Place is quite, making it easy to sleep with distractions. Bathroom was clean and plenty of towels

We arrived without a reservation and were greeted immediately, got a room and were in our room all within 10 minutes. The parking was convenient and the hotel lobby was clean and inviting. There was a slight wait for the elevator because we were on the fourth floor but the room was very clean and big!
