Comfort Inn & Suites North Platte I-80

Checked in at Midnight. We had a lot of valuables and luggage in the car. There were no carts on the first floor to use. The front desk staff did not lift a finger to help us locate one. They both watched us make trip after trip up to the fourth floor. They were not busy in the least. Poor customer service!

Very clean hotel rooms and the breakfast was incredible. The staff was friendly and is was surprisingly quiet right next the the freeway. The hotel elevators could use some work because some of the buttons are coming off and look a little beat up but besides that, a very nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed overnight on the way to Colorado. Location is perfect off the highway close to the park,great brewery and restaurants. Place itself is a bit outdated and "beige". Service was great ,everyone was friendly and helpful. It is clean but some areas can be bit funky. Would stay again.

really nice hotel to stay at. atmosphere was really great and room was really clean. Great selection of channels on tv and comfortable bed. A/C is controlled by thermostat on wall and you can really dial in your perfect room temperature. They have a marketplace and breakfast in am. i woke up this morning feeling refreshed and in a good mood. i can thank God first and foremost and then those beds 😂. I will be marking this location as my favorite. Overall, great location to lay your head. You can trust my word, i’m a diamond member 😌

Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Kids loved the pool. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. The free breakfast also had lots of options. We stayed here 2 nights and would recommend to family and friends.

Beautiful, clean, large and comfy rooms! Lots of space on bathroom counter and room to unwind. Beds are comfortable. Pillows are weird and square but they work. So happy we picked this for our overnight pit stop!

A newer hotel that is very clean. The service was great and very personable. We asked for a recommendation of dining establishments and they recommended a new location down the road (see Capone's Restaurant review). The room had plenty of outlets and even 2 usb ports by the desk. A very comfortable bed and good thermostat in the room. The only ding was a lack of bathroom nightlight. I will definitely stay again.

I can't say enough! Awesome, Amazing, Fabulous, Wonderful experience... starting from the minute I walked through the door I was treated like royalty the stunningly beautiful woman at the front desk...Michelle ... greeted me and made me feel comfortable and she knows her stuff got all my questions answered... my room was so awesome... it was the cleanest room I've stayed in for a long time... had everything I could possibly need bed was like a cloud ... seriously go here it is by far the best everything! Thank you to all of the wonderful staff who helped me! Especially Michelle... top notch!

When you first walk in it smells clean and looks great. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We were able to get our girls in a bath and doing our bedtime routine per usual. Breakfast was amazing. And last but definitely not least the staff was super helpful.

This hotel was perfect. Traveling through to Kansas we are a family of six, 4 kids under 7! We asked for a bigger room, a family friendly one and we got a room for kids that included a bunk bed! It had a perfect kid room with their own TV so parents can relax! My girls loved it!! All hotels should offer such rooms for families with kids! Also, staff was amazing!! And breakfast options were super good too! Would stay again!!
