Comfort Inn & Suites North Platte I-80

I stayed here with my small dog on Thanksgiving as we were driving from Utah to Wisconsin. Very clean and quiet hotel! Low pet fee. Room did not smell like pets. Thank you for lighting your parking lot well! Very nice to have good lighting for a single female customer arriving after dark.

The property was excellent. It is well maintained and the staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations for food and other items I needed to get. It was COLD and they were happy to get me an extra blanket. I traveled with a dog and they were very happy to accommodate her. Thanks! Easy access to some stores nearby, such as Walmart and others. Good restaurants are nearby too.

This is a very nice hotel. It is clean, with spacious rooms, and comfortable beds. I also like the large bathroom. HOWEVER. The swimming pool was freezing. So cold that everyone tried to squeeze into the hot tub. It was unfortunate because we picked this hotel for the kids to have some fun along the road on vacation. I really hope they decide to increase the temperature so the pool can be used pleasantly. Also, the breakfast area was blocked off and you had to order food from an employee. There was a line of 8 people when we arrived and, after 5 minutes, the first person received food, gathered from the buffet that is usually available to patrons.

I thought it was a great room at a decent price and I felt safe as a solo female traveler stopping there on my cross country trip! The check in process was easy and they had a pretty decent breakfast!

Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Full sets of dumbbells in the gym! So many morning options for breakfast.

Always a 5 star. Well staffed and the manager Is great. I have stayed there multiple times now and it is very comfortable and peaceful yet close to everything. Before are comfortable.

Parking!!!! We stayed here. It was ok. We stay at this chain OFTEN. Beds are fine, service fine, easy access to the 80 and Clean enough. Not near food but we didn't mind because our main concern is having enough parking for 2 vehicles (I chose this hotel intentionally because of the larger lot) with trailers. When we checked in I was clear about our vehicles and parked out of the way. The gal at the desk said that we were to park in the vacant building's lot next door. She then allowed us to stay where we had parked originally. She seemed irritated but allowed it. Later I ran into a gentleman (another guest) and he was told he couldn't park his vehicle up front... not a large truck and no trailer. Fast forward and there are at least 10 empty spots and a guy with a suv and small boat taking up 5 spots. If being able to park is a concern for you chose another place. This is the first issue we havd had and we have been traveling across the country a few times. We have traveled through 15 states and stayed at comfort most of the time. First time running into this.

Rooms were nice, bed was a bit hard but it was OK, Excellent service, location is a new area of town that is just starting to see some growth. Whirlpool is disappointing so if your going there to unwind and looking forward to the Whirlpool you probably shouldn't stay there. The water is tepid and jets are minimal at best. Coffee available 24 hours which is definitely a plus. Hot breakfast was good.

Really nice, either recently built or renovated. The suite was nice and very spacious, one of the biggest bathrooms I've seen in a hotel. Was bummed the hot tub is unavailable for our stay. I thought everything was super clean until I opened the curtains and found 10 dead flies on the window sill/air conditioner. Makes you wonder what else hasn't been cleaned. Typical free hotel breakfast. Either way, I still give it a 4 star rating.

Nice clean facilities as it should be since it's new. It was nice having the sink and bathroom in one room so you can get ready without waking others in the room with noise or lights being on. Staff at the check-in desk were nice and friendly. Lady working the breakfast area this morning was a good team member to have, when she wasn't making food or taking orders, she was cleaning tables and wiping things down. Easy access off/onto the interstate, walking distance to Peg-leg Brewery for a couple drinks after a long day of driving. Would definitely stay again.
