Brian in service deserves all the praise! I went through a hell of 7 days without a car and a horrible experience with another location. Brian and I crossed paths on day 6, the minute he was aware of my situation he took immediate action and had my car back to me (had someone drive it to Lincoln for me!!) in less than 18 hours. Windows washed, floor vacuumed, clean as a whistle. I actually cried happy tears (yeah, I’m dramatic) but being a female in this situation is stressful, and I had been kicked around by another dealer for 6 days. Brian turned a weeks worth of hell into a great experience!

I have bought several new vehicles from the Crete dealership and have always thought i got a fair deal, and their service dept. in top notch!

Don't go there for alignment. Told me and my wife it was off because of are wight. They had us set in the truck when they did. First time they did my tires started getting choppy in the inside and they say they will call you back then your tires come NOT true 😒 the manger keep looking at his computer and not realy leasing to us and peaple keep coming in and interrupting us.

Great experiences with the service department. Highly recommend. Will continue using them to service my Fords.

Service department rocks here but I will never get a vehicle here ever again. Applied for a loan through them and had to wait on some paperwork for the loan. So I asked if there was anything else I needed while I was waiting for that paperwork, I was told no they had everything else. Finally get the paperwork needed and took it in to the location and they gave me a list of stuff I needed to bring in for the bank. I specifically asked if I needed anything else and was told no. Anyways, so we get the loan and a week later we get a call stating that if we don't get ahold of the bank they are going to cancel the loan. So get ahold of the bank and the dealership put in the wrong number so they couldn't get ahold of us. Then they said the dealership forgot to have us sign a paper so that had to be done by the end of the day or they will cancel the loan. At this point I am tired of the dealership and the loan company. I go to pay off my loan and it when I called to ask about getting the title the bank took a month and a half to release it and another week to get it to me. Will never buy a car through them or get a loan through them.

I have taken my car there many times to have the oil changed. The last time they did it they didn't squeezed the oil filter properly. I never realized that until I saw that there was a lot of oil thrown out on the street and it turns out that it was the filter that they did not put correctly...

Nice place............I was treated well and I was very happy with the service sorry for the rating it was an error it has the 5 stars I clarify and with pleasure I return to a new procedure a thousand times sorry
