By far the best dealership I’ve worked with Michael the sales manager worked tirelessly to get me in a newer f-150. Always kept in contact throughout the process even when I didn’t have service due to the environment I work in. I will definitely be back

Excellent sales and service professionals. Accurate quotes and good communicators. They resolve any issues. Their customer waiting room is great with cold bottled water and a TV. We have bought several vehicles there and they were always fair.

Absolutely terrible! Stay far away! Dealing with a heater issue for almost a year, they sold me multiple flushes, a heater core job, and a head gasket, none of which fixed my heating issue, after all that they finally told me its particles in the coolant clogging the core after i spent $1000s of dollars on unnecessary repairs shouldnt that been of noticed the first time i brought it in? I had it checked at several other mechanics in Lincoln to get more opinions before i did the head gasket which all said it checked out fine and i got the diagnostic reports, but i agreed to do the head gasket because they said that would fix the heat and i was desperate for a heater during the cold months and they were the local “jeep” dealer so i trusted them but only if they agreed that if it didnt fix the problem i wouldnt have to pay for it because of all the money i was spending which they agreed Shaye Epp was the one i was talking to the whole time but they lied to me and charged me the full amount, i paid half and was gonna pay the other half the next friday but it stopped working again before then so i called and talked to a manager Mike Wagoner who apologized and said they would look at it again and make sure it was working for me before they gave it back and that they wouldnt charge me anymore money to make it right, got it back worked about a week or so then stopped again, they charged me the other half of the heater core job weeks later after saying they wouldnt charge me anymore so i was lied to twice and once by a main manager and im still driving around with a heater not working properly having the exact same symptoms it did the first day i brought it in almost a year ago. Talked to Mike again and he denied saying that they werent gonna charge me the other half and i told them i had audio recording of the conversations saying that they wouldnt charge me if it didnt fix the problem and he tried to intimidate and harass me because i said i had those audio recordings. This is how they treat their high paying customers? No offers of refunds or anything just screwed me over and still have no heat and still no diagnosis on where the particles are coming from in the coolant. All i wanted was my heater fixed, ive contacted Jeeps corporate about the situation. Worst experience ive had in my life at a mechanic, i will be taking my vehicle to Lincoln from now on never will step foot in this place again!

Visited the Dodge shop about a tire issue on our truck that we purchased from then new in 2018. Shop guy acted like we were bothering him. Needed a tire we bought mounted and balanced (a 10 min job). Said they did not have time??? Then visited the show room. Decided to test drive a new truck. Salesman seemed put out. Made no effort to secure a sale that's for sure. Hopefully a manager sees this and shakes things up. Terrible experience.

Dropped off car in late morning and vehicle was ready later in afternoon. Could have waited for it and have gotten done quicker but didn't need to . Everyone is very professional and was able to use the coupons that are sent out on regular basis. Thank you. Will always come to your garage.

Service itself was fine. After doing the work on the car and washing it, one of the service guys left the passenger window open. It happened to rain, pour actually, before we were able to pick up my car. Everything on the passenger side was soaked with standing water. We had to leave it there for them to vacuum and dry out for another hour. Although they did dry it out, my car still smells musty and damp a week later.

Staff was very considerate of my lack of time, went out of there way to speed things up, and worked on a deal I did not think possible. They new what was the best opportunity for me and my career, and didn't let up on it until we were where we needed to be, they offered several options to make it possible to make the best choice for a work vehicle. I have been a customer of Sid Dillon's for going on ten years. I have bought approximately eight vehicles for either my mother or myself, never any issues. I did have a problem with one of my trucks I purchased, Sid Dillon fixed the problem even without a purchased warrenty, I had the truck for I believe 3 months, they took responsibility and have stepped up to the plate every time. There shop is also wonderful, they also have went out of their way to keep me on the road working. I would never take my vehicle anywhere else, Shey and Tracey are superb in every area. Very considerate family like individuals., you feel how much they care.

My truck broke down while pulling our trailer. We were 1200 miles from home. I called around and Sid Dillon Ford was the only dealership that could get me in for repairs in a reasonable amount of time. They said they would make time to help out a stranded traveler. They did a great job getting me back on the road. I would like to thank Brian Patrick and Andrew you guys are outstanding.
