I went in for a pedicure and got into a chair right away. The water was nice and hot. Unfortunately I sat with my feet in the water and was totally forgotten. After waiting for a half hour, and seeing them wait on a new arrival, I walked out. Won't go back.

There was a specific tech there that did a wonderful job, younger guy. He was fantastic & did amazing. My friend didn't have quite the same experience as me. I think it completely depends on who works on you at this place. Her nails were sloppy.

$75 for a gel manicure and a pedicure. No cuticle work, no hand soak or massage. Pushy about upgrades but I said no. 45 minutes for both services and I have green gel stuck to my cuticles and nail pads. Gave a 2 cuz I got in right away. Probably won’t go again!

If you can get there at the right time it's a pleasant experience. Otherwise tou will most likely have to sit there and wait I think they do a good job.

After waiting 3 hours to get my nails done I had to pay $85 for simple white acrylics. The simple design was not great and they burnt my fingers and it was very painful. Do not recommend at all.

Last time I went they did a terrible job. My daughter (not knowing how bad they did) used her own money to get a gift certificate. I know it was past the expiration date by a couple months but they refused to do anything. Said her money was just lost. So don’t give them any of your hard earned money.
