Pro Nails Nail Salon

I was hesitant to get my nails done here because I read a lot of negative reviews. I came in today, on a Sunday, and only one nail tech was doing manicures. I didn’t have an appointment so I expected to wait a little while which was totally fine. The nail tech was super friendly and polite. I showed her a photo of the nails that I wanted and she gave me exactly that. I think that she did an amazing job on my nails and I’m very happy with them. I’d give my nails 4 stars because I noticed a tiny yellow smudge on the white part of one of my nails but it is only noticeable if you stare at it. I’m not sure how it happened but I’m not upset about it. She spent a lot of time shaping and double checking to make sure my nails were even. I’d have to give that nail tech five stars for paying attention to detail, taking her time but not keeping me in there for too long because I don’t like it being rushed but I also hate staying for too long, and also for being so sweet and not making me feel uncomfortable or judged about my horribly ugly nails that I had naturally.

I waited an hour in a pedicure chair with my feet soaking. Had to switch the service to a polish change because I waited too long and had to be somewhere. They charged me $41.95. Gentleman checking me out was unable to communicate with me in English so I just walked out without arguing further. Will never go back.

In my experience the staff was friendly but my nails weren’t shaped correctly, she told me a price before she began and made sure it was okay, but it wasn’t the same price I was charged on my bill, during the end of my nails she began to rush and cut my last two fingers a couple times. After having them done for a week, only those same fingers nails’ (that were cut) popped off, which is another reason I believe she was rushing, I understand wanting to finish a job but I paid over $70 and have never had this type of experience with another salon.

I asked for a pedicure and manicure with shallac. I ended not getting my pedicure after I saw how bad my shallac was. worse manicure ever. never again I'll come here. I do a better job at home

Called and asked if they were walk in or appt. Told her what i wanted and she said come in now. They were both working on someone when i came in. No big deal. She told me to have a seat. I was there about 10 minutes and someone called. All of a sudden i get told ma’am come back in an hour. So it was more important to get whoever was on the phone in than someone you told to come right now….i went somewhere else.

I got my first ever pedicure there this week and it was great. Very nice people that have been in business for years. A little pricey but it’s worth it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Never been to a more rude/ unprofessional business. My daughter kept getting left- 3 different people worked on her. Finally, 2 hours after being seated her service was complete. They wanted cash only. The price seemed high. I asked what was being charged and they stumbled to come up with reasons why we were being charged that amount.. We paid and left immediately. Will never return nor recommend. Ever.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. They have never done a good job. They have cut my cuticles so many times. I asked for a soak off for a new set and they tried to rip the nails off!!! Not to mention EVERYTIME I come in they change there prices on me. I came in for a black, short acrylic set and they charged me $90!!! When I had a friend that came in with me, with a bunch of designs and charged her the same price. There is honestly 2 workers there that are actually good. Don’t go here. There is ladies that do there nails at home that are so much better with a reasonable price.

Had a busy week. Couldn't get to my usual nail salon. Pro nails is open on Sundays so I thought I'd give them a try. I was very impressed! They did an awesome job on my nails and they cost $45 instead of $60 at my regular salon for the same service of filling the acrylic and painting with Shellac.
